Color: Coffee Bean
Description: A tobacco leaf shade

Redefine gorgeous with bareMinerals Liner Shadow, a multi-talented alternative to traditional eyeliner. Sweep it on dry for soft, smoky shading, or wear it wet for a dramatic, fine line.

Size: Small (0.28 g / 0.01 Oz.)

  • Won't smudge, run or fade like a waxy pencil
  • Applies velvety smooth — wet or dry — for an expert finish
  • Won't pull or tug at the sensitive skin around your eyes
  • Vibrant, long-lasting colors last all day long — longer than a traditional pencil
  • Uses a 100% pure blend of natural minerals
  • Preservative-free to prevent eye irritation
  • Gentle enough for sensitive eyes
  • Great everyday liner look.

Coffee Bean is a perfect everyday shade of Liner Shadow. Use on the top and bottom lash lines with a soft liner brush for a polished look.

  • Sexy smoky look.

To define your look, try using Coffee Bean with a thin, damp liner brush for a sharp clean line.

SURE THING - perfect reddish-plum matte! I have used Sure Thing as a shadow for 10 years, it was my first BE shadow in fact. I have medium reddish brown hair, medium brown eyes, a fairish/medium Irish skintone with pink undertone. Sure Thing is the perfect medium reddish-plum matte shade that is my daily go-to shade when I'm wearing brown, black, green, blue, turquoise or plum tops & sweaters...basically everything but red. This is not a bluish-purple, definately a reddish-plum. I don't wear it as a liner, I use it dry, with a soft, fluffy round eyeshadow brush over the entire lid and crease areas. Just a light coverage gives just the right amount of coloring that makes my brown eyes quite pretty. I have also gone over it with a heavier application just along the lid with a sponge applicator for nightime. I did try it once along the lower lash line as a liner but the color is too reddish there. I love this shade and will keep re-ordering as long as they offer it. Note: as with ALL of the BE eyeshadows, you need to use a light, neutral light shadow as a primer over your entire eye area first. NEVER use BE eyeshadows directly on the skin, it ends up very splotchy. I have used Estee Lauder Sandbar Beige Matte for this purpose for years and highly recommend it. 01/06/2013
Great as a brow liner too! I LOVE using Coffee Bean as a brow liner, my face just isn't complete without it! 01/01/2013
Love this liner! I have 8 of these squirreled away so I don't have to worry about it being discontinued for years. Bark is a perfect color for me -- not black and yet not too brown either. A little powder goes a long way when you use this as a wet liner. Put small amount of powder in the lid and swirl it round with a wet brush to the intensity you want- the next time you use it, just wet brush and swirl it around the edges of the lid and you can apply without adding more powder. I travel for work and cannot touch up makeup as a rule -- this liner stays on until I go to bed. I recommend using a slanted liner brush. Great product! 12/21/2012
Firefly: loving the name and color Besides loving the name, I love the color. Got this in a kit and the coppery-brown description would have made me think it's unwearable on my skin tone. (Usually coppers or reddish-based colors aren't.) It's rather pretty and a unique color if you're looking for something different-- not too red at all. Applied dry, it goes on as a light to medium brown with a coppery-bronze sheen. Applied wet, the sheen and color are enhanced. It's not overly bright or dramatic though, and can still easily be worn for day. I like to use this on my lower lash line to prevent raccoon eyes when wearing a darker liner on top. Goes really well on bottom lashes with Coffee Bean liner on the upper lashes. 12/13/2012
Great Liners I have used many liner colors from BE over the last 10 years. They are very versatile in how you can use them. Add a teeny bit of water for precise lines and a more intense color. Use without water for a more smudged look. You can also use them as a crease accent for a "Smokey" effect. One of my favorite colors is Sugar Plum which is a great Purple color. I also really like Onyx which is a classic black. Play around with these!!! I love all the colors I have in the Liner Shadow line. =) 12/08/2012
Lasts through anything I've been using BE for about 8-10 years and this shade came in one of the first kits I bought. I'm lovin' it today as much as I did the first time I used it. It goes on beautifully, either dark and dramatic, or soft and subtle...and it goes with EVERYTHING! It lasts through sleeping, swimming and 14 hour work days. I wear Humor 3-5 times a week and I'm still using my original jar! I hope it lasts me another 8-10 years. This is the best stuff EVER! 11/05/2012
