Warmth All-Over Face Color
I used to not wear much bronzer because I didn't really know how to apply it naturally. Recently I went in to get color matched after my summer glow wore off, just to double check before I bought more, and she applied the rest of my face. She showed me to how to do it correctly, by applying it to the places that stick the farthest out on your face. Make a E and a 3 (which will cover forehead, cheek bones, and chin) and a W (which will get the top of your cheek bones and your nose). I love bronzer now!!!
Great face highlighter
I would NEVER have purchased this product, but it came in my starter kit. WOW! I'm so glad it did.
This is the product that makes the difference between a strange looking face and that perfect glow. When I put on my original foundation, I find that it makes my face strangely uniform...the coverage is great, but my face looks TOO pale. (In order for the foundation to look right, it needs to match your neck along the jawline, so that color all over the face is just too pale.)
That's where warmth saves the day, and gives me that healthy glow. IMPORTANT: You have GOT to be careful how much you apply. Less is DEFINITELY more! If you put on too much, it makes your face look slightly dirty. Applied with a light touch, on the cheekbones and where the sun would naturally touch your face (nose, forehead), it gives me that healthy glow that I am looking for.
I love warmth. It's a beauty must-have for me.
A little glow
This came with my start up kit. It is a nice color that helps you looked sunkissed but I've switched to a lighter all over face color. Some of the sweeps seemed a little much.
Brings life to your face!!
Warmth All- over face color is the only shade I've been using for more than a year. i never get out of the house without it, i feel naked if i do it!!
i absolutely love this shade but first you need to see the video on how to apply it to your face, if you don't know you will apply too much and end up with an orange face.
If you apply just the right amount you'll get a very natural look and see your face alive.
i can't live without it, i truly got so used to it i can't imagine my face without it.
it brings out my real beauty, you don't look fake or with a ton of makeup in your face.
i don't like heavy makeup and i like to look as natural as possible and that's exactly what i get when i use Warmth all over face color.
i want to try other shades but i'm not sure if i'm gonna get a color so adaptable to my skin tone as this one. i'm really happy with it, don't ever stop selling it!!!!
Makes skin glow
When I first got this product in my starter kit, I thought it was going to be too dark. When I decided to use it, it didn't look bad at all. Infact, it gave a summery glow. I have golden tan skin and this just made it look even better. I dust it on my cheek bones, the bridge of my nose and my forehead. What a wonderful product.
i was soooo disappointed when BE reduced the size of the Warmth container! i request that BE offer both the large and medium as choices.
BEST PRODUCT EVER
I love this product. I love how everybody with different skin tones can use it, and it looks great. Beats any other bronzers hands down!!!!And it lasts forever, you only have to use a little bit, it doesn't streak or look fake or orange at all!!!
Worth learning to use.
I agree with so many of these reviews.. I have owned my jar for years, I only use what is stuck put to the lid, use a small amount on my cheeks, then forehead, then chin, & too much is bad etc. etc. etc. But it is a very versatile product. I love it for a flush of color on my pale skin, & it is very easy to use for a 5-minute-face on lips, cheeks, & eyes. BUT!! but but but, I have JUST discovered my FAVORITE use for this stuff... put some of your favorite lotion in a bowl & tap some "Warmth" into it (make it as light or as dark as you like!) & mix very well, then smooth onto arms, legs, chest, just about anywhere & voila! A gorgeous glowing sunless tan!! (be sure to blend away any hard lines the color may leave) I wish I'd discovered this sooner, healthy glow here I come! Try this, it works like a charm.
Trial and Error
I didn't like the all-over-face-color at first because it made of face way too dark, but that's because I didn't know how to use it. After getting used to the color I can "customize" my skin color depending on the season. My skin is very light in the winter so I just use the smallest amount possible and it gave me a nice glow. During the summer I'll mix more of the warmth with my foundation to give me that tan I get during the summer time.
Perfect for light skin
Warmth is the perfect companion for women with fair or fairly light skin. It looks intimidating at first but the key is to get the perfect amount on the brush and to not rush through the application. It gives a great color to porcelain pinkish skin, but if you use too much you end up with a reddish and fake tan look. Watch the application video and it will look great!
Not so good for the over 50 club.
I love the concept. My problem is that by the end of the work day the darkness of 'warmth' has taken up residence in my fine, and not so fine, wrinkles and creases. Messy. Very messy.
I love warmth. I call it my facial cinnamon because thats what it looks like in the jar and it spices up my look. I put it on my cheeks first (right after I swirl and tap of course) and then I put a small amount on my forehead and chin. Basically I do my cheeks first and use whatever is left on the brush to do my forehead and chin. Love it! If I use BE foundation without warmth it looks way too plain. Thanks BE!
On my skin - it just doesnt look natural. I have a few dark spots from acne. I feel this product makes my spots look even darker ... not exactly the look I want.
A little goes a long way!
On days I use Warmth All-over Face Color, I receive many complements from classmates & coworkers! Warmth gives you that sunkissed tan color without ever sitting out in the sun!
I love BE products but I was a bit skeptical when I got the warmth in a kit. I am fairly light (so pretty pale) and I thought that the warmth was going to look terrible on me. After experimenting with how much of it to use-I now use it everyday! I'm not much of a blush person so I use this everyday just to give me a little warmth! I use the flawless application brush and only use the amount of product that is stuck to the lid. I then use the brush on each side of my face in the shape of a 3 (brush from forehead to cheeks and down to chin)-it works perfectly every time!
Love the product...HATE the New packaging!!
What were you thinking??? With the new packaging not only is it impossible to use all the product but the quantity keeps getting less and less.
I love this because you can make yourself look as tan or as light as you like. You hardly have to use any so it lasts forever. I have not had to buy a second one since starting on this makeup!!
I have had my Warmth for quite a while now and I love it! I use it as my blush and it brightens up my face with a bit of sun kissed color. It makes all the difference in the world. Without it, I feel washed out and pale. With it, I feel beautiful and glowing. I think it would work on all skin types as it blends in so well. All you need is a little bit and it lasts forever. I am definitely a fan!
This makes me have that sun kissed glow that I have been searching for!!
Lovely after learning how to apply
Warmth definitely helps add a certain something to your complexion, but you have to apply it correctly and sparingly, or you end up looking like...well I don't know what, but it's not good. I apply in a "3" pattern on both sides of my face starting at just below my hairline, then on top of my cheeks and finally across my chin. I also apply a little on the bridge of my nose. It takes some practice, but the effect can be really nice.
beautiful color beautiful blush
when i first got this a couple days ago i thought it was way too dark. but i followed the video that i had seen on how to apply it and put very little in the lid and wow. it give a lovely hint of color. i cleaned it off to see if it would work as a blush and even more beautiful. paired together with tropical radiance gave me such a nice color that i don't think i can go without.
This is the Perfect Hint of Color
I've always used SPF on my face - great for the skin, but leaves me looking bi-colored (lighter face and neck, darker arms and legs. This is a perfect product that gives me that sun-kissed look that helps even out my face tone to better match my arms and shoulders without sacrificing the safety of SPF!
A light touch leaves a light "kiss" of color but it's totally build-able to whatever your preference is (which may change throughout the seasons!).
Hard to Master
I know warmth is a raved about product, but I just can't master it. For me, I put it on doing the motion of a 3, just like the sales associate told me and I still feel like I end up with a distinct defintion of color between my jawline and my neck. I am pretty fair skinned, but I feel like it even when I used the tiniest amount its very aparent and too noticable. It is helpful for me to just brush it along my forehead and cheekbones and not along my jawline, but it still isn't something that I feel drastically improves my look. I don't know if I'm just doing it all wrong, but Ive had my large jar for years, and probably won't repurchase when it's all gone.
Gives great color
I got this with the starter kit and my first thought is what is this dark mineral? Do I need it? I didn't use it for awhile, but saw some of my friends have a nice color to their make-up so I asked about it and they said it's the warmth! Now I use it everyday! My skin is pale during the winter so I add just a little bit to my skin for it to have some color.
Great all over color!
As soon as I learned how to apply warmth correctly, I loved it. I was unsure at first, but after watching the how to DVD that comes with the starter kits, it was easy to figure out. The biggest thing is less is more. You need barely any in the lid. You will think at first that you dont have enough, but a little goes a looong way. A tap or two into the lid is more than enough! I apply it to my forehead, nose, and cheeks. If you try that and think you dont have enough color, just repeat the same process with the same small amount - you can add more until you get the color you want and then you will know how much to use in the future. If you use too much the first time, dont get intimidated! Try, try again. Just remember to start with a tiny tiny bit. I also love it on my lips (sounds weird, I know). I use it every morning - just put some on my finger and rub it on and then put balm or gloss overtop. It looks weird at first - too dark or brown - but when you put balm on overtop it looks like your lips are just as healthy as the rest of your skin. It gives them great color. I put it on every morning and then apply gloss or balm and I notice the difference on days I forget. Just remember, dont be scared of the color and less is more!
Great Contourer, But Really Dark For Light Skin
I received "Warmth" w/ my starter kit (fair) about six years ago. I use it so sparingly (only the dust in the lid, then tap THAT off) that my pot is still about 2/3 full. It is good for contouring the hollows of cheeks, under the chin (the "3"'s of the face, more or less). However, the problem I have with it is it tends to look fake or orange on my very fair skin. It does work nicely as an eyeshadow, especially if you just brush the extra from your brush over your lids, followed by the same with your blush brush. It's a VERY quick, natural look. I wish that BE would give customers the option of buying "Bisque" multi-tasker in place of this in the starter kit, because to me, "Bisque" is an absolute must-have, while not everyone may be interested in "Warmth".
Love this stuff!
This took the place of my drug store bronzer! I love how it gives depth to my face and how natural it looks on. It blends very well. This powder has gave my face a healthy sun kissed warm color all winter long :)
Makes you look "sun-kissed"
I love Warmth. It is true that using very little and building up the color as needed is the best way to wear it. After a few months of using it I finally figured out how to use less to get the look I wanted. Two of my sisters also use it and they always have a healthy glow after brushing it on; one has very light skin, the other more of a tan. My skin tone is somewhere in the middle of my sisters and it's even perfect for me, although I was very skeptical at first. Even if I don't wear foundation, I wear Warmth; that and a little lip gloss and I'm ready to go.
I wear the lightest foundation BE offers (Fair). I use a small amount of Warmth on my cheekbones, bridge of my nose, chin, and lastly on my eyes. Since my skin is so pale Warmth gives my face a touch of sunshine to make my skin have a healthy (rather than super pale) color. Also, since I use such a tiny amount of Warmth each day my pot will last me years to use up.
A few years ago I didn't bother with this from the kit because (for whatever reason) I couldn't get it on light enough. Well, I guess I've become a little more talented with the brush, and it is the only face color I use. I tend to have rosacea-like reddening on my cheeks, so using a blush is very unnecessary for me. I do tan but tend to use alot of sunscreen, so I always look pretty light, but WARMTH gives just enough "highlights" to my face for contouring and the advertised sun-kissed look.
