Applying the Makeup is Easy

  • Swirl, Tap, Buff

  • 1. Swirl
    a small amount of Mineral Veil by angling the Flawless Application Face Brush and swirl into the lid until all the Mineral Veil has been tucked into the bristles.

    2. Tap
    away excess. There should be no visible Mineral Veil on the outside of the brush.

    3. Buff
    the Mineral Veil into the skin in a circular motion, starting on the outside of your face near your cheekbone, swirling as you go. Buff around your face and then approach your forehead, cheeks, and nose.

Tinted Mineral Veil - Perfection! I am in my mid 50's, fair skin, darkbrown eyes and white hair. As soon as I celebrated my 50th birthday, I discovered it was time to lighten the lip colors I had become accustomed to and decrease the shade of my foundation. I discovered bareMinerals .... and immediately fell in love with the following products: Advanced Protection: SPF20Moisterizer Prime Time Brightening Foundation Primer Tinted Mineral Veil (I generally use the Mineral Veil as my foundation) The Tinted Mineral Veil offers the lightest coverage and smoothest finish for my fair skin, with limited color. And, works beautifully over the Well Rested Eye Brightener or the Bisque Concealer. The Prime Time product is a perfect base for the Tinted Mineral Veil and extends it's beauty throughout a long day at the office. My face feels PERFECT, always! 01/19/2013
Over or under, it's a great product If you ever wonder why you need to put powder on top of powder, look at the difference in texture between mineral foundation and mineral finishing powder. The super fine texture of the mineral veils gives an air-brushed appearance to the skin that you can't get with mineral foundation alone. Original Mineral Veil has become too drying for my dry/sensitive skin. So, I don't use it anymore. When I did, I saw it as an essential final step to make my skin look its best. Instead, I use Hydrating Mineral Veil. I've recently started using it as my primer, because my new sunscreen stays tacky no matter how long I put it on before makeup. (I can't use primers because of an intolerance to dimethicone.) It works perfectly! Sometimes, I put it on over my foundation, too, but I've been using Radiances for finishing instead with great success - but only when I have used HMV as a primer. Otherwise, HMV is my favorite finisher. Illuminating Mineral Veil (formerly Feather Light) makes a great facial highlighter and can make a dull complexion look radiant. It does glow. Some might even say it sparkles, but when it's applied sparingly, the effect is luminous rather than sparkly. I use Tinted Mineral Veil on clients only. I thought it might work as an all-over faux tan for summer for me, but the color just isn't right for that use. However, as a finishing powder for darker skins, it excels. You never have to worry about a whitening effect from it. 01/18/2013

My Go-To! I've been using Bare Minerals for about 9 years, and while I really like the majority of the products, Mineral Veil is by far my favorite. I am not someone who wears a lot of makeup, and there are days when I will only be out for a few minutes, so I just swirl, tap, and buff a little Mineral Veil on! It covers the majority of the imperfections in my skin. When I'm wearing a full face Mineral Veil gives me a flawless finish. 01/12/2013
I can't live a day without it. First I have to say, I hate how in the start-up kit you get a big foundation and a small Mineral Veil. I use the veil more than the foundation! Some days, I wake up with flawless skin (I know, I don't get it either) and so all I use to finish my face is the mineral veil. It is amazing. I can only describe it as such. It keeps my face rom getting oily, and locks in the moisture from my morning moisturizer, yet it doesn't cause any breakouts on me with the sensitive skin. I can only say one thing: buy it right now. It will change your world. I understand the price is shocking, but the large tubs have lasted me for over a year, so the money is worth it. 01/11/2013
Love my mineral veil I love love love my mineral veil! My face is not complete until I've applied my mineral veil. It so soft and perfect, adds perfection to my skin and makes my eyelashes fuller for easier application of mascara. It tones down my blush if its too heavy. I use the powder and carry a compact for touch ups during the day. During that time of the month when my face is a little oily, it's super to get rid of the shine. I love my mineral veil, I've tried several of the different kinds from tinted to sparkly. I love them all! Thank You God for my mineral veil!! 01/10/2013

Don't skip this last step!! At first, I was skeptical as to whether or not this product was necessary. It totally is!!! Especially during the summer or winter months when you would either sweat or have snow flakes falling from he sky. Mineral veil prevents any breakups or separation in powder. I absolutely love it and this product is definately a must have for your BE collection! 12/13/2012
