Great for yellow/gold skintones but...
I have a very yellow/golden/olive skintone but I really dont have a any major redness issues however I do get redness & have some minor broken capillaries around my nose area. Summer or Honey Bisque works well to cover & hide but it still wasnt flawless like I'd like. When I found this product I had been using a redness solutions compact by Clinique but it just wasnt strong enough for me. Since my skin is very yellow I felt like I needed a stronger pigmented product & since I am a total BE girl & this one was a fair bit more yellow & a loose powder which I feel gives you more control OF COURSE it was in my basket as fast as I could grab it!
I've used it for a while now & I am amazed at the coverage this offers for my minor redness. It completely hides the broken capillaries area around my nose & I even use it on my eye are with the BE maximum coverage concealer brush before I use any other eye products.
Recently I was out on the water & got VERY sunburnt on my face. To make things worse I had sunglasses on so I had a distinct pattern of sunburn. I used this product with the handy buki brush just on the ares of burn before my foundation & it helped tremendously to even it out. You could still obviously tell I had a sunburn but with this on it didnt look 1 tenth as bad as it really was.
CONS - my sister has mild rosacea & she has a light, very pink skintone, & it just didnt cut it for her, washed her out, didnt cover the red adequately with out really packing the product on & then it just looked funky.
Also as I started tanning heavily & got very very dark (BE Golden Tan foundation) it almost is to light & seems to be very noticeable under my foundation. Looks like I used a wrong shade concealer. I have to make an extra effort to buff, buff, buff it in & then use Honey Bisque over to blend it in. Not a big deal really, its just 1 extra step I wish I didnt HAVE to do but since Im looking for flawless I guess I really cant complain to much.
Bottom line - works great on my yellow/gold skintone when Im not extra tan.
Didnt work to well on my sisters very pink skintone.

A big THUMBS DOWN!
I'd rate it a no-heart if I could. I was soooo looking forward to this. I have some rosacea and the product description sounded just the perfect remedy. But no cigar - not even close! It didn't conceal any of the redness let alone treat it. I suppose this is one of those products that works on some but not on others.
To add insult to injury, I have to pay for the return shipping. Guess it's just too much to expect real 100% satisfaction. A downside to purchasing online, yeah?
I'm going back to my Bisque. At least it does a good job of concealing...

product didn't do anything for the redness on my face. it's a yellow color and doesn't blend into the skin, also has an odd smell to it. not worth the price!

I never write reviews unless I absolutely LOVE a product and must tell others about it. This stuff has helped reduce the redness on my face by a TON. I absolutely swear by it, and I've only been using it for less than 2 weeks. It is VERY yellowy but I just put it under my foundation and I'm good to go! I have really bad acne scars and general redness and not only does redness remedy cover them well, they have also started to fade overall. I'm so excited to keep using this product! I'm buying more now so I don't run out!

Less Than Expected
I am a huge fan of BE skincare and makeup. However, the Redness Remedy fell very short of my expectations. Upon opening the jar, there is a very chemical smell. I am sensitive to scents and in my opinion, the scent slowly lingered after wearing it and didn't fade very fast at all. I have mild rosacea with reactive redness. The Redness Remedy is yellow and although I understand yellow counteracts red, on my fairly light (foundation shade) skin, it looked like I packed on yellow powder, regardless of how light my applicaiton was.
The redness on my cheeks still showed and didn't fade....even after several days use. I did not "feel" any relief or less sensation than the warmth and irritation felt when you have a rosacea flareup.
After using for several weeks, my experience did not improve. I did not see any short term or long term benefits. The PureTransformation NIght Treatment is 100% more effective for my skin and at helping to reduce redness and relieve any heat and irritation from my rosacea cheeks. The PTNT not only works instantly a soothing my cheeks but it also covers my redness (I use the Light) on top of smoothing my skin, reducing my pores, etc.
I will not repurchase the Redness Relief and I wish I knew my results from using it would not change or else I would have returned it...but I kept using it hoping I would see results and I have missed the return period.

It actually works!
I am actually from the UK and picked this up whilst on honeymoon in Hawaii. I stared using this & even my husband noticed a difference in my skin! I suffer from rosacea and any heat, sun, the slightest drop of alcohol or even just talking to people I don't know makes my skin bright red & angry looking. But this has really made a difference. I have been using it in the morning & before I go to bed after moisturising. The brush is fab & I like is so much more that your standard brushes, the synthetic bristles are so much kinder to my skin. I am very impressed & look forward to you releasing it in the UK very soon!

Who Knew!
This is the first time since dealing with rosecea that I have been able to conceal those clowny cheeks. The yellow powder disappears into my skin and doesn't look cakey like a concealer and foundation can.. Thanks for thinking of us, Leslie. This is diffinately the best stuff.

Very Happy and Pretty
For the first time in 30 years the red spot are gone from my face. It's amazing and it works. If your on the fence, trust me it's like a miracle for fair skin. I have already bought 2 jars.

waste of money
As a long standing Bare Minerals fan, I decided to try the Redness Remedy. It did ... nothing. Plain and simple. I have mild rosacea and this was like wearing no makeup on it.

Just right with a little practice
I have mild redness and rosacea and very sensitive skin. I love this product. I have been using it for a week every morning and night. It took me a little bit to figure out the right application for day wear. The key was to apply the right amount of redness remedy and then adapt the way I apply my foundation on top of it. With the normal buffing motion of my foundation, I found I was buffing the redness remedy right off. Now I buff everywhere else and then pat on the foundation over the redness remedy. It is perfect. Just the right amount of concealing coverage. It works so well that on the weekends I do not even feel like I need to wear foundation anymore. Wow! I can't even believe that I said that! :) I have not used it long enough to see the long term benefits yet but the short term coverage and correction is enough to give it 5 stars!
