Very important
I use this on my brushes and it's the best brush cleaner to use with the mineral make up. I used other products and finally broke down and bought BE's and glad I did. It made a world of difference in the cleaning of my brushes!

It's just amazing how much makeup your brushes hold without evening showing it. Right when you place the brush head with the shampoo rubbed in under the sink you can see the makeup colored water all over the sink. Brushes feel as good as new after washing....

I will never be without this
This is a fantastic product to go with the brushes. I wash my brushes every few months and am amazed at all the product that comes out. Afterward, the brushes feel luxurious. They are soft and feel amazing against my skin. I have had some of my brushes for years and they still feel as fantastic as the day I bought them because of this. Yet another fantastic BE product.

Lesson Learned!
Lesson learned!
I have to say that before switching to BE I was using a different loose mineral makeup that was alright (better than liquid foundations!). I proceeded to buy a rather expensive foundation brush from this company (nearly 4X as much as the BE brushes). Did they ever mention cleaning the brush? No. Proper brush care? Never. So I proceeded to use this brush for almost a year… and I noticed the performance diminishing.
So when I switched to BE, I saw this brush cleaner and though “Duh! That makes total sense! Why didn’t I know about this before?!?” So I purchased it. When it arrived I didn’t need to clean my BE brushes yet… so I cleaned my other one. WHOA! Like new! Although it took many many washings to get all of the gunked up product and who knows what else… *shudder*
Now I know that my BE brushes (which work just as well as my expensive brush) will continue to do so for a very long time! Proper brush care is a must!

Worth it for your brushes!!
This shampoo is sooooo worth it for your brushes. It is light, but really suds up in the brush to get everything out. Wonderful!

Best Brush Shampoo out there!!!!
I got this as a bonus with my trial package from BE, I had sort of forgotten about it thinking, "who the heck uses a brush shampoo???" until I noticed how orange my flawless face brush had become from using warmth so much. Plus, my concealer brush was looking kind of oily and dirty. I got out the shampoo and followed the directions and was shocked at how much gunk came out of the brushes!!! Also, if the brushes have become misshapen, this is a great way to reshape them. Trust me, if you think this is dumb, it is so not!!! You will be so shocked at how much better your brushes perform and look once you have used this stuff! Thanks BE!

Amazing!
When I washed my brushes with this shampoo, I was utterly amazed at how much makeup was coming off of them!! And after I laid them out to dry, they were as good as new! Great investment!

Thorough cleaning and easy to use
This cleans your brushes incredibly well (and not just your BE brushes), but don't use it as often as is recommended. The consultant I purchased it from said to use it once a week. I found that using it that often made the bristles fall out more easily despite following all instructions & procedures on how to wash & dry the brushes correctly. I've started using it only once a month & I've found that it maintains the softness & effectiveness of my brushes incredibly well.

Excellent product to maintain your BE brushes
I love this. I used baby shampoo previously on my first BE brush, and it did alright, but I felt like the bristles were becoming a little harsh. As soon as I recieved this, I washed my brushes, and immediately felt a difference. As soon as it dried, I could feel how much softer and fluffier the brush was! A definite must if you own even just one BE brush. Lets face it, they are kind of expensive, but well worth it, so protect your investment ladies!!

Maintain your brushes - you won't regret it.
Any quality make-up brush needs to be cared for; cleaned regularly and stored to protect them when not in use. Doing these few steps will ensure longevity and give you the same, if not better, great performance from your brushes as when you first got them new. This keeps the hairs in good condition and prevents distortion of shape, the splitting of ends (yes, several of your brushes are of natural animal hairs) and the falling out of strands. It is SO important that you care for your brushes if you expect them to last and consistently perform perfectly.
I know it may sound tedious, but I assure you it takes no more than a few minutes and will give you in return, gorgeous, soft and long lasting brushes that you will enjoy for many years.
Food for thought: I have my original 'start-up' kit brushes from 10 years ago and they look just as healthy if not better today than the brushes I've been ordering in the past 3 years.
