sheer color and hydrating
I bought the Amped Pink and the Berry Remix and I love them both. The color is very sheer and the smell is a nice light citris. This works better than any chapstick I own; it almost feels like silk. I will definitely be buying more!!!

Love this product!
I'm a big fan of BE lip products and this one does not disappoint! I use the 100% natural lipgloss a lot and this lip sheer is quite a bit lighter in texture than the gloss but it still hydrates my lips and is not sticky. The color is very subtle - I have both the pink and orange and because it's just a hint of color both are great for daily wear. I like the scent/flavor - it reminds me of summer. I am stocking up on these before they go away!

Lovely Lip Sheer - I am hooked!
I love this product, and hope it will be continued - pretty please! I've seen negative reviews here about the lack of color intensity or the fact that it just seems like a regular lip balm. I must disagree, since the product clearly states it is SHEER, and I have tried many "lip balms" and none have felt this good or conditioned my lips nearly a well. If you understand that this is a SHEER product, just as the name states, and not a lip color, you will not be disappointed. It is totally worth the price.
I sincerely hope they will keep producing this product. I would no longer want to be without this, I wear it every day (and night!) whether or not I am wearing any other makeup. It has made my lips feel younger and fuller.
I was skeptical when I first saw this product because I prefer to wear a natural lip, and it looked like this color would be too intense for me. I then saw a demo on QVC and the models looked lovely. I was convinced to try it and have not regretted that decision. I have very fair skin with pink undertones, and normally I could never wear orange shades, but the Tangerine Trance looks great, as well as the Amped Pink. They are a very subtle wash of sheer color with a natural moistness, not too shiny nor too matte. I like to wear both shades together, and also like to layer this under my lip color or gloss to tone down color or shine.
I also wear Lip Sheer to bed to wake up to lovely conditioned lips. It has helped my lips from getting dried out and cracking this winter. I have literally tried hundreds of lip products over the years, and this product is my new favorite. It has the best texture of any lip product, it feels so smooth, light, and silky.
Lip Sheer does have an orange citrus scent, but this dissipates about five minutes after applying, and it does not have any weird flavor. The fragrance is not objectionable to me at all, and I am very picky about fragrance.
If you understand what this product is and what it is not, try this, you will not be disappointed, and you may just be as hooked as I am!

Great tangerine color; overpowering smell
Was excited to give the new lip sheers a try as I was hoping they were like the Best Friend lip balm from the Love & Happiness kit. Had trouble deciding which shade as they were all pretty, and decided to go with Tangerine Trance.
As for the good, the color was great and I liked the product itself. It adds a kiss of color to your lips and the tangerine wasn't an overly bright or saturated color. The tint was flattering and would work on lots of people even though most would shy away from an orange shade.
As for the bad, the smell was too overpowering. Most of the lip glosses have some kind of smell when applied, but it goes away in a few seconds. This lingered and I tried to wait it out for the smell too dissipate. Didn't happen and I ended up having to wipe it all off so I wouldn't be subjected to the waft of citrus directly under my nose all day.
If it weren't for the smell (and price), I would gladly have tried the pink and purple color too.

Don't do it!!!
Way too little product for the hefty price tag. Smells great but I returned it because I couldn't spend $15 on a Chapstick.

Expected More Color
Love the smell, but I guess I expected the color to be more vibrant. Moxie's are still my favorite for color and shine! ♥ BE

Feels wonderful!
I LOVE this lip sheer! I bought the tangerine and there is barely a color but it gives your lips the protection and light feel of a lipstick. Can't wait to try the other colors!

Love These New Sheer Lip Tints
I love all 3 of these new sheer lip tints. They have a balm, gel-like texture with just a slight tint (or hint) of color to them and have a cheerful, playful smell. Love the way they feel on my lips; very light, feels like nothing on them at all... Had to keep checking to see if it was still on my lips, but it was still there. They will be great for the spring/summer months to come. Will go very well with a more vivid eye palette.
Remember, they only provide a sheer tint of color -- If you're looking for more noticeable color... I would suggest selecting another lip product from the BE line. Otherwise, you might be disappointed with the end-results. But I'm VERY happy with them and the results.

I have the Amped Pink shade and I absolutely love it! It is like an amazing chapstick with an awesome color to it without being like a lipstick!
