READY To Go Complexion Perfection Palette - null 4.3 5 57 57
I absolutely love this!!!!! I have been a Bare Minerals loose foundation girl since the very first infomercials. This palette was my first introduction to the Ready foundation. I travel a lot and this was the PERFECT SOLUTION. I love everything in the kit. I only add my mascara which I can place in the elastic strap in the kit. PLEASE make this refillable!!!!! It has been a lifesaver. 07/18/2014
road trip I bought this to take on my motorcycle trips. since I'm limited on space this was the best thing I could buy all my make up in this small compact that don't take up a lot of room. the only down fall is they don't sell the little square separate so I have to buy another kit for my next year trips. but I love this product. 07/16/2014
Not as good as original foundation Bought this kit. It is convenient that everything comes in a travel case. BUT, the brushes are no good and the makeup goes on way to heavy. I will be throwing this away. 07/11/2014
It is ready to go I purchased this product last December because I didn't want to drag my make-up box to Phoenix for two weeks. It packs well and is easy to use. I still use it if I don't have time to do my make-up before I go to work. I just throw it in my bag along with the eye shadow/lipstick/blush palette I purchased at the same time and go. It does have a down side though. As several others have mentioned, there is no brush for the concealer. i added my own Maximum Coverage Concealer brush, tucking it in the elastic look between the mirror and the palette. There are two sort-of baby buki brushes included, but there is no way to clean them, particularly if you use the smaller brush for the bronzer and luminizer. I think it too big to carry in my purse so I don't use it for touch ups. It does full the bill for travel. 07/10/2014
Travel and Much Much More I originally bought the palette for a trip to Europe. I thought that it would be easier to pack and use in a small European hotel bathroom. I was right - it is perfect for travel. What I hadn't counted on was the palette becoming my go to makeup during the day at school. I keep it in my teacher bag and use it for quick touch ups during the day. Now that it is summer, I don't wear makeup very often. I stick mostly with tinted foundation and a little mascara. When I find that I need to run out somewhere, there's the palette there waiting for me. This has become my quick go to makeup. I love it! I am getting ready to order my second one. 06/04/2014
Love the product, need to work on packaging I want to give this 5 hearts SO badly. I have forever wanted a easy way to keep bareminerals with me and they have finally come out with this kit. But the packaging is ridiculous. It is pretty large considering the amount of makeup you get. Also, there is no separate brush for the concealer (fingers work, just not ideal). To improve they should... - make something that is refillable and then sell replacements so you don't have to repurchase the whole kit - include at least one eye shadow and mini eyeliner/mascara (or a spot in the packaging to add one yourself) I am going to keep this but I kind of wish I had just purchased the individual "ready" compacts and kept them in a makeup bag. This just doesn't seem like a great value to me and seems very wasteful. Still give it 3 hearts because I love the makeup. 05/30/2014
All time fav I love love love this. I would work on the packaging some to make it more efficient and economical. But cant beat the combo of make up. Just toss in a lip color and travel size mascara, the illuminator can be mixed and blended on the eyes too. Perfect on the go. For some reason I like the makeup in this better than the full size compacts of the exact same makeup, go figure. And while the brushes are small they are awesome and super soft!!!!! 03/19/2014
Great kit! Best foundation ever! I have tried a lot of brands out there: Mac, Sephora, Benefit, Smashbox, and Bare Minerals is my favorite. I tried going back to Mac because that's all they had at the nordstroms where I live, but returned the Mac foundation because it didn't compare to BM. This kit has ll you need, a little goes a long way, and this will last a long time I get compliments when I wear this foundation. 03/18/2014
I like it I just bought this yesterday and am excited to really use it. I am not a fan of the creamy concealer and there is no brush for that in the kit. There is no cover over the make up so any loose powder will get all over the case. I am usually fairly light but was matched with medium so I'm a bit worried. I also haven't used a tinted mineral veil or luminous face color. But from what I have tried, it works well. I recommend it for those who travel a lot and as a first kit. 03/13/2014
PROS & CONS of ready complexion perfection palette I bought this palette at a boutique and it was the first step of my total overhaul from my old makeup mashup to all-BE skincare & make-up. It was recommended to me and I am glad I bought it. This was before BE offered a complexion perfection palette with the loose powder foundation and this was my first time trying the READY foundation. (If I could go back I would get the loose powder kit). This was all I had for make-up at one point - and besides eyeshadow and mascara it gave me everything I needed. *But actually you could use the luminizer as an eye shadow in a pinch. IF YOU LIKE THE READY FOUNDATION do not hesitate to get this kit. It is great for on-the-go AND just as a part of your makeup routine. The mini brushes are very handy, but small, and when used correctly this palette has the potential to cover any flaws and give the look of beautiful even skin. For me, the READY foundation doesn't compare to the powder foundation. Which is disappointing since I am so tired of the mess I leave behind when applying the powder - and I am always on the go, doing make-up in the car, a quick fix while out, or when I'm late at my desk. It may be because of the brush in this kit- it's very small. For the amount of coverage I wanted, with such a small brush, I found myself buffing and going back and forth between the palette and my face for quite awhile in order to get my whole face covered. I found that it left my skin looking cakey. Which BE has never done for me. It looked heavily applied and patchy - heavier in certain areas. Only from close up could you really notice this. And the only reason I even complain about it is because I hold BE to an extremely high standard since they give the best results of anything I've ever tried. Also the little clear plastic cover on the concealer broke off almost immediately. But luckily with READY there isn't much loose powder to mix with it and make a mess so it was never an issue. Overall, if you took a before and after picture of me after applying this palette I think the results are fabulous. I'm only pointing out the tiny annoyances so that you can better make a decision on if it's right for you - it's still great and gave good results and got 4 stars from me. Before you purchase this you should try the READY foundation though and make sure it's right for you. I also found that using the primer beforehand helped a lot with the issues of uneven coverage. Even with all the BE products I've accumulated I still keep this in my purse. I use the concealer a lot, there isn't much of it but you don't need much. Before I apply my loose powder foundation, I use the ready foundation in little spots for better coverage of acne, dark circles, or other flaws. The warmth is always useful and same with the luminizer. I'm glad I bought it. It does what it says it will do, but don't make the same mistake as me. For first time users - go to a boutique or ask a friend and try both types of foundations before you choose your complexion perfection palette! 03/06/2014

I would like to purchase the touch up veil matching with R310. I have a R310 perfection palette and the touch up veil color is great. I would like to buy the same color touch up veil individually.

Love the idea & value, but the lightest you offer is R170 which makes the concealer and foundation too orange for me. I need this in R150. Any other colors coming?

I know that mineral foundations are notorious for settling in each and every pore you have, that can cause breakouts. Is it noncomedogenic?

NONE of these products get into your pores! They seem to float on your skin, and still create great coverage. They are all known to be non-comedogenic. If you have a pore problem, I can highly recommend BE's facial primer for oily skin, even if you don't wear foundation. And use the Deep Cleansing face wash. If you are pimple prone, try the Blemish treatment--it's a miracle in a pot! If I sound a bit defensive, I'm sorry. But these products are fabulous for my previously oily, deeply pored, blemish prone face. Many swear BE products have helped their skin, I know I do!!

I have very large pores and haven't noticed this setting in my pores. Use the bareMinerals primer to create a smooth canvas for product application. Original foundation causes some people to break out, but the ingredient causing breakouts isn't present in matte and READY foundations.

The best thing would be to go into a boutique or store like Sephora that sells bareMinerals and get matched. I personally used three colors a year(Fairly Light, Medium Beige, and Medium Tan) because of how much my skin changes color.

Ha, this sounds exactly like me. The fair is too light and the fairly light seems orangey. I've found that if you mix the two... tap a little of both into a lid and swirl with your full flawless face brush. It's pretty much perfect. I've also used the fair as a foundation/concealer and applied the fairly light over it for a more flawless face, and that works great also.

Hi Patty, I use fairly light in the loose powder and fairly medium in the pressed powder or compact. They are slightly different shades, you would have to be color matched in a boutique or outlet to make sure you are using the proper shade of either. But the color match helps resolve alot of frustration on our part as the buyer so we don't buy the incorrect shade.

This seems like a great idea for travel, but if I have to re-purchase the whole thing rather than just being able to drop in the make-up items to the case, it won't be very cost efficient.

It's not refillable. I weighted the cost issue. But it's a lot less expensive than having to buy each product individually. And there are no small sizes in Ready, warmth, & most of the veils, so it's hard to assemble a travel collection. I travel enough that I wanted an entire separate set of makeup & skin care. I use this set almost exclusively for travel, not on a regular basis.

Hi Annie,

In order to find out what color you should wear in any of the foundations, your best bet is to head to a boutique or outlet and get color matched to find the best option for you in the different types of foundations.

I would suggest that you go to a bareminerals store and have them match you with your new color, once you know what you are then you can makeup your mind about buying at that store or order online if you find a better deal.

Here is a link I will share with you. It shows the Original shades and what top shades in the READY foundation may be a match for you. I suggest going to your local BE retail store and get color matched or send a profile picture of yourself with no makeup on to a BE rep and see if they can determine your perfect shade. They helped me A LOT. I thought for a while I was medium deep in the original and turns out I was really golden dark. HUGE difference. In the READY, I thought I would be Golden Dark too, but it's too light. So I tried Warm Deep and for almost a year I thought this was my right shade because I was color matched at the store. The color seemed to match my skin well and the Golden Deep, I could see it. Well, this year, Warm Deep seems light on me. My mom told me it looked light on me and white looking. So I would have to take a fluffy brush and blend blend blend to scale it down. I think I use a little too much when I tap my brush in and that could affect the final look too. But this kit I purchased Golden Deep and the color seems to be better for me than last year. I'm not sure if it's because the summer weather has darkened my skin or what, but at least I have the Warm Deep and this Golden Deep in the kit to bounce back and forth with. Make sure you moisturize and prime before you apply concealer and foundation. You can apply your makeup a lot easier and smoother (you will feel like you're gliding it on when you moisturizer and prime before makeup application) :-) I hope this helps!

I don't see any refills. That's a very good idea though. If you wear makeup a lot or so frequently that you feel you may go through this fast, consider purchasing this for travel. You can also view kits on QVC or on the BE website and see what works best for your makeup routine needs. As the holidays come closer and closer, keep an eye out for new products and deals. Are you part of the FAB Club? It's FREE to join, you get to save 15% on your entire purchase on a sale day of your choosing (can't be your birthday, but can be the day before or after your bday) and when your bday arrives, find an item you would like and then add your birthday promo code at checkout. You will see what item you get for free compliments of FAB. You do have to purchase something to receive your free gift or you can visit your local BE store or retailer who carries BE to claim your bday gift. You also get email notifications of special FAB sale events or FAB products that's for FAB members only. I'm in year 2 and love it.
