Frame & Define: Brow Styler - null
Breaks / doesn't last long!
I bought this at the boutique after the sales associate told me how good a product it is. True, it did look nice on my eyebrows… but it barely lasted a month! And the pencil broke almost every time I used it. I cannot justify the price paid for how long it lasted.
Please, please bring back the powder
What a disappointment! This pencil does not last for much more than a month and is definitely not worth the price. The powder lasted for several months, had a much better color selection and looked far more natural than this scrawny pencil (which also breaks easily, by the way). I bought this in mid-December and less than a month later it was finished. Not a good value at all. So I've gone back to the brow powder compact that I purchased at an unnamed beauty supply for less than half of what this pencil costs. And I will continue with that product until BE brings the powder back.
LISTEN to your customers BE - we are not happy with this pencil!!
Where's my brow powder!?
I love BE products BUT; I agree with everyone on this one... brow powder needs to be brought back ASAP. Getting rid of it was a BAD career move and I have been a valued customer for many years. The brow powder is one of my faves and I always get tons of compliments on my brows with it. I refuse to use a pencil. I really hope that BE reads these reviews and makes the right decision to bring the brow powder back. It set them aside from all other products and brands. Hopefully people will write to them as I did and it will spark enough interest for them to listen. I'm just scared that other things will be discontinued or changed because I really don't want to be forced to find and settle for another cosmetic brand. :(
Needs to last longer, need AUBURN!
Thought I would love this product. It does have a really nice, fine point to shape your brows well, but it's very delicate and breaks easily. However, even if it didn't break, it doesn't last anywhere as long as drug store brow pencils. Worst of all, there is no auburn, so my brows don't really go with my natural color hair! That's the most disappointing part. I will probably go back to my drug store brand.
Who said the powder was bad??
No warning on discontinuation of brow powder. Just this pencil to replace it? Had to switch brands to have powder. I will switch back when BE realizes the big mistake they made. I hope more people will write in to have the powder brought back. Nothing worse than favorite makeup being discontinued.
Please bring brow powder back!
I am so glad I still have at least half of my container of brow powder left now that I see it has been discontinued. I hope I don't drop it! Bring it back please. It looks so natural. And since my brows are beginning to be more silver than brunette, natural looking brows can be a challenge. I have been using BE products, including the brow powder since my kids were babies and my youngest is now 17!
Very Disappointing Product and Color
I have been using the BE powdered brow shaper in "auburn" for years. I love that I can fill in with the stiff BE brow brush to create a feathery, natural-looking brow. I can't get that look with this brow pencil, not to mention the fact that neither of the color choices look flattering on me- I'm a redhead. Please bring back the brow powder!!
Wow! Lots of people hate this product- I will admit, BE has lots of new products that I won't buy after trying them. (I'm not a fan of most of the Ready products) This one is nice. I liked the powder too, but it was a long process to get ready for the day. The pencil is quick and it doesn't have a "pencil" effect. It's totally worth a try. If your pencil keeps breaking, you're pressing too hard. It's worth the price and the time you're going to save.
Eyebrow Kit Substitution
If it is not broke don't fix it. Leave well enough alone and give us back the original eyebrow kit. This product is exceptional and should not be replaced. If I wanted a pencil I could go to any local drugstore or discount store and get what would never replace the eyebrow kit that your company developed. BRING BACK THE KIT!!!!!!
Powder! Powder! Powder!
So, I admit I haven't tried this product. Frankly, I don't need to. I don't like pencils. They don't look natural only my barely-there pale brows and rarely blend with my light auburn hair. BE's Ash was perfect. It didn't go on too dark and it was easy to apply and blend. It didn't cover up the dash of red in my natural brow but gave my brows just a little more depth. I am heartened to see so many others equally disappointed in this decision by BE to remove this product from their line-up. Maybe we'll be heard. Sadly, this isn't the only change in recent weeks and I find myself steering away from BE products in several areas. Unfortunately, I'm making do with a cheaper product from someone else and it's a pain because it's too heavy and I have to put it on very carefully and still wipe half of it off. Frustrating.
