Frame & Define: Brow Styler - null
I had a head injury when 6 years old and do not have enough hair on brows to use the powder. I have used pencils my whole life and have been waiting for BM to make this product. It is the perfect dimension, color, and consistency unmatched by other brow pencils. Recently, a fast food employee came to my table to tell me how pretty my eyebrows are. If you feather your stroke at an angle upward and out toward arch and within your brow line, the look is very natural. I love the product!!!
Please, please, please bring back the brow powder. I have found it to be THE best product for my brows. The powder makes my brows the most natural they have in many years.
Please bring back old powder eye brow product!
I didn't care for this new eye brow pencil, because I can't get a natural look like I could with the old powder brow product. Both my daughter and I used the old product and wish that you would bring it back again. It is the only brow product that I have ever used that I could actually get a natural looking brow.
Disappointed with this Product
I have used the complete line of BM products for over 5 years and been pleased with every product. That is until now. I went to a local retailer to purchase brow powder and was told the powder was discontinued replaced by a new brow pencil in two colors. They demonstrated the process for application and I read the instructions provided. I have yet to apply this product with a natural result. My eyebrows are thin and feathery strokes don't provide enough coverage. Heavier strokes and I feel like a clown or a child playing with Mommy's makeup. When I used the powder for brows, I had people comment on what nice eyebrows I had and when I told them I created them daily, they could not believe it. The various shades in the powder allowed for a better match to my hair color, which changes depending on the whim of my stylist. I don't mind trying new things and have continued to try various application techniques in hopes of achieving a natural look. I will not purchase the brow pencils again. I'm hoping to find a brow powder from another cosmetics retailer.
Best Pencil for Fine Brows
I have very fine, light brows and this pencil grabs each fine hair, darkens and defines it. The brush blends beautifully. I will say that since the tip is very thin, they mean it when they say use feather strokes. I have not broken the tip by doing just that, using light, feathery strokes. That type of application also helps provide a more natural look. I use the lighter shade. BE - please don't discontinue this pencil!!
No More Fake Looking Eyebrows
I am a make-up junkie. If there is a new product, I am going to try it. Lucky for me I found this eyebrow pencil. The spoolie brush is great to tame wild eyebrow hairs and helps to blend in the pigment for a natural look. The thinness of the pencil allows me to have super control. The application is easy. If you do not have a heavy hand, the product goes on smoothly and precisely. My only regret is that there is no auburn shade. I am sure that there are many redheads out there who feel the same.
LOOKS CHEAP AND FAKE
PLEASE BRING BACK THE BROW POWDER. I wasted $15 on this terrible pencil. It's great for Halloween if you want to look like a ghoul or Mimi from the Drew Carrey Show! This is a terrible pencil. PLEASE BRING BACK THE BROW POWDER!
I am all about trying new products. BUT I am not pleased with this new product. I really gave it a chance but miss the powder. Why don't you sell both and let people decide which they want. I don't understand why you would discontinue it when obviously it was a very good product.
This product is a disappointment. BRING BACK BROW POWDER. The reason I started Bare Essencuals was the Brow powder. Why in the world would you stop making such a wonderful product. The pencil does not give the same natural look.
I hope you will listen to your customers and bring the powder back soon!
I love love love it!!!
I am really amazed at all the women who refuse to give this new pencil a chance AND that they have been so abusive towards Leslie. I too was disappointed that the brow powder had been discontinued but life goes on and when I reached a BE salon I asked the stylist to show me how to use the new pencil and I can tell you that I was convinced from then on. I really believe in giving a new product a fair and open minded test and 99% of the time I like the new. So out with the old and in with the new. For all the negative people out there LIGHTEN UP and give it a real try!!!
