Enjoy hours of long-wearing vivid color with Round the ClockTM Waterproof Eyeliner. This easy-glide formula smoothes on soft and creamy for blending until it sets for a waterproof line that won't smudge, run or fade. For best results, sharpen prior to use.

  • Perfect to use along waterline to achieve a smoky, dramatic look
  • For a more defined look, swipe the Angled Eye Brush across the tip of the eyeliner and apply along upper and lower lash line.

Round the Clock Waterproof Eyeliner - null 2.3 5 384 384
Best Eyeliner Ever!!! All I can say about the negative comments is that the women must not be using it correctly. First of all, the BE eyeliner sharpener is an absolute must. If you are having to sharpen this eyeliner more than every 2-4 uses, you are pressing too hard when applying. Other sharpeners are not made for this eyeliner and will not work. Round the Clock Waterproof Eyeliner is so soft and creamy that a very light hand is required for a thin line. This eyeliner is blendable if done quickly after application. You cannot wait 5 minutes and then blend it because it will not budge, which is a GOOD thing. This eyeliner will not fade, smear or run - even if caught in the rain, crying or swimming. To remove you must use a good eye makeup remover. I have Round the Clock Waterproof Eyeliner in all the colors offered and LOVE them all! I have used the Bright & Beautiful Eyeliner and Round the Clock blows it out of the water. 04/20/2013
Bring back the old liner pencils I was super jazzed about this product. The upside is the initial application is so smooth & hardly requires any effort to apply. And, the color is great. However, the tip of the pencil dulls so easily that you usually have to sharpen between each eye. Whenever you have to sharpen, it is so messy. I think they need to compromise between the prior formula & this one to get the perfect blend of firmness & ease of application. The waterproof factor is the least attractive one. 04/18/2013
Too fat- too messy I miss the bold and bright too. The colors for this are great, but the fact that it needs to be sharpened is a big issue, because the point is too soft to stay sharp. Breaks off easily and the line is too wide. It wasn't broke, don't make it over! 04/17/2013
Bring Back The Twistable Liner! This liner is too thick and goes on chunky. It literally melts off the stick during application and is very messy. It does not sharpen well. Please bring back the twistable eyeliner! I've been a Bare Escentuals customer for over 6 years and use BE exclusively, but I will not use or recommend this eyeliner. 04/17/2013
Please bring back old Eye Liner These new sharpenable eye liners are too fat and do not apply smoothly. Don't waste your money. Bare Escentuals - Please bring back the old twistable eye liners!!!!! 04/16/2013
won't sharpen This dear product was great when I first used it. However, the eyeliner will not sharpen properly. When I tried using a eyeliner sharpener, the pencil cuts into an angle or slant. The actual eyelining product inside the pencil is like "PUDDING" and falls out consistently. Also, I tried to use the pencil anyways even though it wasn't sharpening correctly, and I cut my eyelid on the wood from the pencil. 04/15/2013
Disappointed in this liner I prefer the twist eyeliner. The line was thinner, and the pencil didn't need sharpening. This newer liner goes on thick enough for going out to a club at night, but goes on too thickly for the office. 04/14/2013
Not - "waterproof" and "round the clock"! I have found, from 7 am to 4 pm, not ALL day, by any means, the mascara leaves shadows under my eyes every day. Enough so, that I must remove and reapply at 4:00! (I have a "look" as if i have slept in my makeup - THAT bad, of a problem! And I don't even have oily skin) 04/13/2013
Waste of money! I agree with all of the others, PLEASE bring back the big and bright eyeliner!!! It's a mess, it's hard to put on without it being way to thick, and you have to sharpen it! I would guess that by only getting 2 1/2 stars, maybe you will reconsider? I have switched to Bobbie Brown's eyeliner 04/13/2013
Bring Back Big & Bright Eyeliner I have to agree with many other reviews regarding the messiness and difficulty to use. And I hate sharpening it. It seems an antiquated type of liner. I have the big and bright eyeliner and love using it. Please bring it back! If I can't find that type of eyeliner among your products I will be forced to buy a different brand. I would like to remain with your product as it does not irritate my eyelids which is why I started using it to begin with. 04/11/2013
