  • Splash face with water and massage cleanser over face using a gentle circular motion. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Use morning and night.

Okay... This product was wonderful at first. After my skin got over the initial change it cleared up fast, but then it started to dry my skin out even though I was moisturizing. I find myself using twice the amount of moisturizer than face wash, but I guess it's worth it for clear skin. 07/15/2012
Surprising! From the scent to the texture of this product - at first pump you know this is special! BE has outdone their selves with this product! It's gentle, yet gets the job done! Removes foundation, eye color, eyeliner, mascara, etc. wonderfully! Couldn't ask for a better facial cleanser if you ask me! Better than my "Spa" Cleanser! I've used a lot of facial cleansers, but this is by far my favorite! It doesn't dry my face out, or leave it oily, or greasy or tight. It's just perfect. One pump will do all of my face and neck - lather up with some water! Totally worth the price - this cleanser is better than one I bought last year from a "spa" that was twice the cost. Value for this product is amazing. I've used it along with the night serum for almost a month now and will continue buying this cleanser as long as they have it! 07/03/2012
Not impressed The first 2 weeks I started using this product, I loved it. It didn't dry out my skin, but it also didn't seem to clean it well, I started breaking out really bad and I stopped using it and went back to my old stuff and it cleared my face up. best skin cleanser ever Where has this cleanser been all my life? the associate in the Bare Escentuals store introduced me to this. I was skeptical at first; I've never had a cleanser leave my skin so soft while still washing away dirt and oil. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't been happier with a skin care product. My skin gets very oily and is prone to breakouts & blackheads; but also dries out very easily and peels. It's been very hard trying to find a face wash that isn't too strong, but still cleans & is good for the pores. My skin has gotten softer and I haven't had any breakouts since I've started to use this product. Even the marks from my old breakouts are starting to fade. BUY THIS, you will NOT be disappointed. 06/19/2012
Major difference in my skin I've been using this for about 6 mos. now. I live in CO, which means dry skin ALL the time. But, I also struggle with acne at certain times of the month. This cleanser, along w/ the combination skin moisturizer, has made a huge difference. My pores are smaller, my skin is smoother, my monthly breakouts aren't nearly as bad as they once were, and my BE make up goes on so nicely now. No flaking, dry skin with oily patches here and there. Very balanced. Even my hubby has noticed a difference. 06/15/2012
I have used so many different facial cleansers, I started believing that nothing would work, until I used BE! Any cleanser that I have used has either dried up my face (even with using moisturizers), turned it pink and rashy, made more acne problems for me. It got to the point where I would just live with my acne and complicated face issues. This is definitely not the problem anymore, thank you so much Leslie for such a wonderful and gentle facial cleanser. My face has gone from dry, bumpy, pimply, to soft, smooth, supple....its just amazing. Leaves face soft but not dried out Very effective cleanser that does not dry out my face but does do an excellent job cleaning off makeup and oil, even eye makeup! I have sensitive skin that is acne-prone and I'm using a prescription topical benzoyl peroxide / retin-A that wreaks havoc on drying out my skin. However, if the cleanser isn't strong enough, my breakouts get worse. This cleanser strikes a perfect balance between washing off all the stuff you don't want on your skin and leaving in the moisture you do want. I highly recommend it! 05/30/2012

Gentle on face but cleans thoroughly! I am on my way to finishing my 3rd bottle and just purchased the 4th :) I started using the Purifying Facial Cleanser as part of a 30-day Combo Kit with the Combination Skin Facial Moisturizer. I decided to move on to another BE moisturizer but decided to continue on the PF Cleanser. As with other BE products I've tried, a little goes a long way. All you need is about 1-1/2 to 2 pumps. The cleanser effectively removes my make-up but feels gentle on my skin. I've been using this product for almost 4 months now and there has been a progressive improvement in my complexion. My face feels more supple, no more dry spots and even skin tone. This is a must-have for ladies needing a gentle but effective facial cleanser. Thank you BE! 04/16/2012
