I love this! I love BE but haven't tried many of their treatments products. I was able to try this in a boutique and loved the feeling it gave going on. I have always used the moisturizer on my neck but since this was specifically targeted for that area I thought it would be better. Well was I ever right. After ONE I saw a difference in my decolletage area - much smoother looking and I have noticed some difference in my neck - it wasn't too bad to begin with but just starting to show signs of aging. Thank you BE for another amazing product!!! 04/22/2013
Extra Firm on their promise! I have been using this product since it launched on QVC & was jazzed when it finally came to online/boutiques. It goes on super smooth & gives a great glow & cooling effect after application. I have noticed some improvement, but I am not that old (LOL). The only thing I don't like about it is the scent, & it can make the collar of my PJ's a bit yellow. 04/18/2013
Red Rash too! I like others, developed a red itchy rash on my neck after using the product for nearly three weeks. I was seeing great results too. I just don't get it - everything else I use from BE is FABULOUS - love the anti wrinkle cream - but this neck cream has me baffled. BE - do you have any other solutions to this product? I am not giving up on what works with the other (many) products I use but this isn't for me. HELP... 04/15/2013
Rash!! I was so excited to try this product and for a few days all was fine, until I developed a nasty rash on my neck! I've been using BE for many years and have never had any reaction to the amazing products. I stopped using it on my neck and it took about 2 weeks for it to clear up completely. What is very strange is that I can still use it under my eyes (crows feet) and don't have any reaction!! I'm wanting to try the new wrinkle cream, but am a little leary to spend $50.00 and have my face break out....any suggestions? 03/05/2013
Bad reaction It's killing me to write a bad review because I love BE. Unfortunately, this product has forced my hand. No idea why but this neck cream has caused some weird reaction and I have broken out in bright red bumps all over my chest. I have never reacted to another product of theirs before so I am stumped. I had high hopes for this neck cream as I desperately need it, but it's going in the trash. 02/17/2013
skin reaction also I too, just developed a strange rash on my neck and décolleté. I have never had a skin reaction before from other products. This has developed though after using the cream for a few months. It is the only change I have used on those areas. A few days ago I noticed my neck and décolleté areas were rough, I am usually very smooth there so I took a close up look and spotted a clear rash(not red). I have stopped the cream and will see if it clears up, if not, off to the dermatologist. 01/27/2013
Strange skin reaction To begin, I'm 30 and I don't really need this... yet. My neck is still very taut and firm but I belive in prevention so I gave it a try. I've NEVER reacted to a product in any way. My skin is in no way sensitive even, but my entire chest and neck; anywhere i had placed the product, broke out in a severly red rash with tiny raised bumps. It didn't hurt, burn, sting or itch, it was just red and bumpy and UGLY! It took almost three weeks for the strange rash to go away. I gave it to my mother-in-law who loves it and has had no reaction. 01/24/2013
