I loved it!
I have tried several make up brands, moisturizers, and the like over the years. I have a particular problem of having my make up stay in place throughout the day due to my sometimes oily skin. The Prime Time Oil Control Foundation Primer is great because I can wear it on special events, or days I know I'm going to be more stressed (which can make my skin more oily) and my Bare Minerals, which already holds up amazingly, lasts just the extra step. It doesn't take much, so I already know this bottle is going to last a long time. I love it!

Went back to the original primer
This went on smooth, but as I started applying my foundation it began to ball up and flake off. I couldn't get it to "behave" so I ended up just washing my entire face and starting over without a primer.
I went back to the boutique and exchanged it for the original primer, which does not flake off at all.

Made me break out :-(
I have never tried a primer before, but decided to give it a try. I tend toward oily and sensative skin. At first everything was fine, but toward the end of the day my face felt like it was burning. When I washed my face that evening there were blotches all over my face that really hurt :-( The painful blotches stayed for a week even though I didn't use any more primer or even wear makeup all that week. No amount of moisturizer helped calm the burning feeling either. Honestly, I haven't been that embarrassed about my skin since puberty.
All other bareMinerals products I've tried, I've loved . . . but I definately wouldn't recommend this one.

Exactly what I needed!
I have a very oily t-zone, and usually I can't go an hour after putting on makeup before the oil starts to show, especially on my forehead. But the primer really absorbed the oil, and I can go all day without having to worry about it. My foundation didn't smear/smudge as badly either, and it minimized my pores. This product was basically everything I wanted it to be!

Alas this did not work for me. It went on goopy and stayed streaky. It did not work as well as I would have hoped. Even after letting the moisturizer soak in, it still left streaks.

I have struggled with oily skin my whole life, and recently I have discovered bare minerals and all it has to offer. This primer plus the Matte foundation is perfect. Before bare minerals I could go about one hour before my make up would be ruined by the oil production on my face. Now, my face can go 7 - 8 hours before I even start to notice a little oil. A little touch up fixes that right up. The primer leaves your face soft, and even. It's really a great primer, and will do wonders if you have struggled with oil production like myself. Just give it a shot, if it helps my face it'll help anyone.

Didn't work for me - super oily skin
I purchased this primer, along with the Get Started kit with Matte foundation, Mineral Veil and purifying cleanser. I used all products for almost 2 weeks, adding in the Exfoliating Cleanser & Deep Foaming Cleanser. After my 2 week trial, I decided to stop using everything but the Mineral Veil due to waking up to a new pimple nearly every day!!

Made all the difference in the world!
I am a long-time user of bare Minerals foundation, and it's the best I ever used. But recently I began taking a medication that causes my cheeks to turn red and my face to sweat profusely any time I go outside. Not even bare Minerals would stick for more than half an hour in such conditions. I was heartbroken, until I found Prime Time Oil Control Foundation Primer. It basically works wonders! I've worn it for several days for up to 10 hours outdoors, and I still have some on when I wash my face at night! Plus, I get tons of coverage for the bright red of my cheeks. Thanks for making such a great product at such a reasonable price.

Caused my foundation to clump
I purchased this because I have very oily skin and it was highly recommended in the boutique, It started out well. It went on smoothly and looked great for about an hour, then my foundation started to ball up and flake off my face. It looked awful. I tried it again the next day with the same results. I have started using the awesome normal foundation primer and use a light layer of mineral veil and get much fabulous results!

I finally decided to give this a try since my skin is on the oily side. I went to the boutique and liked the feel of the primer on the back of my hand while I was there, I was tempted. Finally I bought it and I'm glad I did. The first day I used it, when I was going to wash my face that night I noticed that I really wasn't shiny at all. The same has happened for the last 2 weeks. So the formula is better and improved like they say. And I'm happy about that.
