Great for sensitive eyes and contact lenses
I absolutely love this product! I wear contact lenses and have sensitive skin, so I am always concerned about protecting my eyes from filmy, oily products. Being over 40, I am also concerned about puffiness and wrinkles in the delicate eye area. This makeup remover is gentle yet thorough, allowing me to wipe away my waterproof mascara in seconds, with no oily residue left behind to irritate my eyes or my contacts. It feels light to the touch and yet it removes every trace of my eye and eyebrow makeup, without pulling on my skin or using harsh, irritating chemicals. I highly recommend this makeup remover.

Disappointing
I was hopeful that for the price this remover would be better than what i can get at my local drug store, but it was not to be. It's equally as oily and leaves residue, which at the moment is making my eyesight blurry. You can spend a third of the cost of this with drugstore brands and have the same result. Very disappointing.

Clean Eyes in One Swipe
I haven't used Bare Eyes, just this one from the BE product line, but I can say that this is a very gentle and effective eye makeup remover. I used to have to use a couple of cotton pads with my old department store brand to get all my eye makeup off, but with BE I get everything off in one go, which is great because I don't want to feel like I'm scrubbing my eyes. I LOVE my eye makeup. I use eye primer, lash primer, mascara, liner on upper and bottom, brow powder, three shades of eye shadow, and under the eye, I use a bit of concealer, and this stuff gets it ALL off in one go... to me, that's amazing :)

Love it!
I was hesitant to try this because I thought the BE cleanser worked fine for removing my eye makeup, but I got it as gift so I reluctantly tried it out. I've been using it for about three weeks now and I love it! At first I wasn't so sure because I felt that I had to wipe my eyes multiple times to remove everything. I decided to make sure that I shake it well and after soaking the pad I let it sit on my eye for a few seconds and then it all comes right off. I have noticed that the skin around my eyes are much smoother and my skin just looks better. I have used other makeup removers and this is by far my favorite. No irritation, no stinging, and no residue. Just silky skin. The only thing I don't care for is the dispenser. It is a pain to have to shake it so much to get the liquid out, but I guess that helps you from using to much.

Soooooooo disappointed!
This product just doesn't work as well as Bare Eyes. It also lacks the moisturizing properties I need. It's also more expensive! I am desperately seeking another brand that makes a formula like bare eyes. I've bought several that look the same but they don't perform the same. Really disappointed in this change.

Bring back bareEyes
After reading other reviews, I hesitantly ordered this product. I agree with those that are VERY DISAPPOINTED in this product in comparison to bareEyes. I LOVED bareEyes. This product is very weak in comparison. It requires multiple applications, lots of rubbing and "cleaning up" of the crumble of mascara it leaves on face. bareEyes cleaned off makeup beautifully in one application and left skin feeling very conditioned. It NEVER stung my eyes, and shaking the bottle is part of any good eye makeup remover. I will not order this product again. Please Bare Minerals, bring back bareEyes, if nothing other than an option for loyal customers.

Travel Size Makeup Remover
I have been waiting and waiting on this delivery especially for the makeup remover...I was very disappointed when I opened the box because it is so small!! BUT...it is my fault I did not read that it was Trial Size. Silly me:) I will buy the regular size from Sephora!!

Disappointment with new product
I was very disappointed when BE discontinued the old eye makeup remover....which I loved and worked so great! I have always loved all the products I have tried so I ordered the new eye makeup remover but was very disappointed when I tired it. It doesn't work nearly as well as the old formula. I also have to use much more of the product to try to remove my mascara...and it is very expensive so I was not happy to feel like I am wasting it. Wish they would bring back the original formula!!!

LOVE!
Over the years I've tried everything to get my mascara off - soap/cleansers/eye make up removers of every brand .. all would sting or burn my eyes, and none took the mascara off! I read the reviews on this and thought I'll give it a try - and I am amazed! its easy to use, it doesn't or burn and best off all with just one swipe of the cotton pad, the mascara is GONE! I will never use anything else again and have begun recommending it to all my friends!

Take it all off
Works great for removing waterproof eyeliner / mascara. Very gentle on the eyes. If you are having any issues with this product - then you did not shake it first - as directed
