Great idea, poor execution
I bought this for my gym bag so that the make-up was neater to put on at the gym. They worked great at first and then they both just stopped working around the same time. I can still get the make-up out and but then I go to turn the brush back in they are stuck and won't go back in.

Great idea, poor execution
If this product worked, it would be fabulous. I can't figure out how to get the powder flowing into the brush, yet today, I had a big old mess in my purse from the powder that leaked out of the device. This product definitely needs to go back to the drawing board.

Not happy with this product
Yes I read the directions on getting product out and it does but getting the product into the tiny jar with the little spoon from the foundation jar or mineral veil jar is a nightmare ! Wish I had spent my $40.00 on something else.

Messy instead of handy
I was excited when I ordered the brush online, hoping for it to be my new favorite tool for easy & convenient "touch-ups on the go".
The first thing I noticed when I took it out of the package, however, was how big and heavy it was - not an item for small purses! The next disappointment was the mess and waste of product created, when trying to fill the little container of the brush with my foundation. The new "twist & lock" foundation-containers don't open all the way, so in order to fill the brush you have to try and shake out as much as possible into the cap to then scoop it into the container with the little scooper (included). To dispense the powder into the brush, you twist the back end, turn the brush upside down and gently shake. But however gentle you shake or however far or little you twist, you end up with either too little or way too much. The final problem encountered was, that after a few twists already the bottom becomes very loose and starts to twist itself open, if you carry it in your purse. This either results in a messy surprise with brush and cap full of foundation when you next open it or - even worse - in the brush pushing up far enough to push the cap off entirely and the foundation dispensed through the brush creates a powdery mess in your purse - not to mention lots of wasted product on top...
Wonderful idea very poorly executed!

Poorly Designed Tool
Worked for me for about a month. The turning mechanism gets stuck constantly. Does not turn properly, gets stuck in the open position. Can not open and close it. When in the open position, the product is delivered well and the tool is great. But, you can't get it to easily close. Would not recommend this tool.

It’s Cute but Faulty!!!
This brush doesn’t work properly and I agree it should be recalled.
It’s a little upsetting how now they’ve dropped the price and I recently bought my brush at full price and couldn’t return it because I was going on a vacation. But it’s still an OK carrying brush… I’m happy they’ve made a smaller one.
Hopefully the smaller R.B.Brush works a lot better :-)

temporarily useful
I was warned in the store that it would take a while before the powder actually is dispensed. Thus, I was prepared. I got it to work fine. It is bulky but, the buffing action is really good, neat and convenient, especially if you are a multi-tasker like me. I don't have to worry about spilling the powder (The mess the make up makes is a definite draw back.).
However, after 30 days, past the returnable point according to the store policy. It broke. The plastic piece of the dial cracked and broke. It was still usable. However, the dial remained stuck so that it is not retractable nor can the vial come down so that it can be refilled. At this point I am just using up the remaining product left in the vial.
If you want to get about 1+/day worth of this product go fo it. But in these "tuff" economic times it was not worth it. I will not purchase a replacement

This product does not work at all. I bought one that didn't work. I called and they replaced it at no charge, but it still doesn't work.

Awesome
After reading many reviews that weren't so great, I decided to try this product anyway. Boy am I happy that I did. I think this portable, refillable brush is fantastic. It works exactly as it says it does. I love that I am now able to bring my foundation with me in a portable little package that is not messy at all. Not sure why so many ladies had problems with this.

Rip off
I love BE makeup. This product seemed the perfect combination -- BE and a brush in a compact, refillable case. Sadly, it never worked properly. Exchanged the first, mistakenly hung on to the second. I rarely used it but it felt like no power was dispensed. Also, powder leaked in my purse and eventually the makeup cup would no longer hold. I threw it all away and felt it was an expensive rip off.
