Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 24 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by My favourite radiance I have a number of various radiances - this one is my favourite. It gives just perfect completely sheer glow on top of foundation, blush and few other complexion enhancers that I use every now and then. For those who are worried that radiance makes you shiny as if you have oily skin - it doesn't. It gives you glow, not shine. You might just have to try it on to understand exactly what I mean, but there's a big difference between glow and shine. I like to sweep it all over face, and then add a bit more on top of cheeks under eyes to create that extra glow to highlight the face as if when I smile and my cheeks catch more light. 04/18/2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by Glittery, NOT Clear This product is peachy enough to be a blush and is super glittery. This is definitely not okay for all over cover, and even as a highlighter, it is so glittery that it is unusable as it makes you look like a teenager from the 90's. Very disappointing. 06/05/2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by I use it when I break out Sometimes I still break out--badly. Even after applying foundation and concealer, sometimes I still either see the redness, or the bumps look so obvious that it's very unappealing. This is where Clear Radiance comes in. I can apply it before my makeup to give it far better coverage than foundation and concealer alone. Or, for a quick fix, I apply it over my makeup. It has a diffusing effect on blemishes and bumps, making them look less apparent. I mean the difference is night and day. You must really try it for this, if you have similar issues. Here is some evidence on how good this product makes me look: On the worst day of my life, when the love of my life broke up with me, I wore this product to cover the grey hue my skin had, due to the terrible shock. People complimented me all day long, saying I looked "Radiant" and "Glowing". It was ironic that I wasn't in a better place within which to hear such kind words, but it stuck with me. Now, when I want to look awesome--even on my worst days, I wear this. And by the way, my skin is oily. This doesn't make me look oilier. If they ever discontinue this, I'll drive up to wherever they are and break some windows and slash some tires. Kidding. But I would consider it. 04/03/2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Very subtle effect This is not my favorite Radiance. Even though I have fair skin, I find this too subtle. Maybe it blends in with my skin too well. The quality is excellent, but it just doesn't do anything special for me. If I use it, it's mostly for softening an eyeshadow or blush shade that I found a little too dark or harsh. 07/28/2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Baby soft pink This is a must have for a soft radiant pink blush ! 01/08/2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very pretty glow I wasn't sure if I would like this as much as pure radiance. Pure radiance almost gives you a sunny glow, it doesn't have a pink hue but more of an amber one. Clear radiance is definitely a pink hue. I do like it for a change though. It's my second go to after clear radiance. I'm very happy with my purchase! 06/30/2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by CAN'T GO WITHOUT THIS! I wear this with all of my makeup regardless. I always put it on top of all blushes and even on top of True All Over Face Color (which is sparkly on its own). This adds just the right amount of shimmer--like a dewy, youthful glow, not like glitter. Sometimes if I'm low on time, I'll use this as an eye shadow (I apply with my angled blush brush) for just a hint of extra glow. If this is ever discontinued I will cry. 03/11/2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by i love clear radiance just love this. I use it for eye shadow too, and all over on place of mineral veil, it brightens your face and gives you a nice pink glow. 03/02/2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by perfect highlighter for my pale skin i have very pale skin and am thrilled with how this looks on my skin. it's my perfect highlighting powder! it's soft and shimmery, but not too much that i look like a glittery teenager. i love this radiance powder 11/29/2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Dewy and Glowy In the original powder I'm Golden Dark, same for the Matte. In the READY foundation, I'm Warm Dark. I've used Clear Radiance on my skin from a free 4-pc. set I received free from a $40 bare minerals purchase at my local Ulta store. Very pleased with it! It was the LAST one they had. Came with a mini primer, mini mascara, mini moxie gloss in Rebel and a small container of Clear Radiance. I used this with one of my bare minerals mini Taklon/Synthetic tapered blush brushes from my 4-pc. Mini Masters set. I would dust this evening all over my face. I feel that a "swirl, tap, buff" motion would be good on the original brushes to apply this. On the Taklon/Synthetic brush I've been using, I feel the brushes hold IN powder in one spot versus the powder being distributed over the bristles like the original brush. In my opinion, the Taklon brushes are softer and it's good for applying foundation. As far as finishing powder (mineral veil) and complexion enhancers (clear radiance, warmth, rose radiance, etc.) I feel that has to be more even along the bristles or have a lot of product so that it can spread evenly on the face. But the Taklon bristles ARE soft and my makeup looks much better when I use them to apply my makeup. I still have my two loose powders (original and matte) and also my Flawless Face Brush to fall back on or travel with just in case. The small container this Clear Radiance is in, I would put it in a bigger jar top so I can properly swirl this evenly amongst the bristles and apply it all over my face. IN a small container, the powder collects evenly to just the TIP of the brush and that makes application a little more difficult. All in all, I love both types of brushes. Clear Radiance is a win for me. I wouldn't apply it all the time on my face because it does have a bit of a glowy/dewy/sheen look to it so a little goes a long way. Too much and it may look along the lines of a highlighter/luminizer kind of look. Since I have darker skin, Warmth or Rose Radiance may be a better choice for me. Clear Radiance isn't a complete "no" for me, but it works in moderation. Warmth does warm my skin, but subtly. It kind of blends into my skin and not exactly noticeable. The Rose Radiance, mention to me by a BE representative via customer service, would be a great complexion enhancer for darker skin. I haven't tried it yet, but it does look really pretty and hopefully one day I'll be able to try it :-) 10/29/2013

Answer:
I always applied it last thing, as kind of a quick fix to cover blemishes. It lasted all day. I don't think wearing mineral veil over the top of it would effect it positively.

Answer:
I always layer my complexion enhancers like this:

1) Concealer for very noticeable issues or foundation applied with the full coverage face brush on minor issues.
2) Foundation
3) Mineral Veil
4) Blush or All Over Face Color
5) Clear Radiance (applied with same brush as step #4)

This is my favorite make-up routine and I think it yields an airbrushed look every time.

When in the store, the make-up artist put mineral veil on very last and I don't like this because I think it mutes the shimmer effect that I buy Clear Radiance for (I sometimes put multiple coats of radiance on). My suggestion is to try it both ways to determine which you prefer. I always try my new make-up on during the weekend when I know I will not be leaving the house, that way I don't have to wash it right off and I don't have to worry about not liking it and being seen in public.

Answer:
Hi!

I like to apply Raidence last, over Mineral Veil, on my cheek bones, down my nose, etc. (anywhere you want a little highlight). Some ladies like to wear it in place of Mineral Veil as a final dusting all over the face. I've also tried it under my foundation (mid-winter, on days when my skin really has the blahs). There are so many ways to wear this fantastic product. The main thing is to play around and find how *you* like to wear it. Some additional ways I've worn Radience: as an eyeshadow, over eyeshadow, and (sparsely) as a lip dip (dip your fave lip gloss or stick in and apply). Radiance is beautiful on your décolleté as well. My favorite brush to apply Radience with is the Soft Focus Face Brush. It is fantastic and helps you apply just the right amount of product. Plus, IT'S SO SOFT! Try other colors of Radience as well. Truly, one of my all time favorite BE products. Have Fun and Happy Glowing!

Answer:
Clear Radiance can be applied after your makeup application is complete. Some reviews have stated that Radiance is an alternative choice other than Mineral Veil. Not to be confused with All Over Face Color.

All Over Face Color achieves highlights to the face, or you can use as blush, eye color or for your lips when paired with a lip balm. I bought a simple lip balm (you can pair it with gloss some say, but powder can mix and blend better with a balm versus a gloss. The gloss may leave tiny clumps of powder on your lips if not mixed well. that's from personal experience.)

I dipped my finger into my Warmth All Over Face Color, just a little, and I took my warmth-covered finger and mixed it in a clockwise motion at the tip of my lip balm to make the powder blend and become creamy along with the balm and then applied it to my lips. Same can be done with Radiance.

You can wear Radiance under or over your makeup. The Soft Focus Brush is nice for mineral veil or for applying a sheer coverage of Radiance.

Answer:
You can use any of the Radiance colors. It just depends on what look you're going for. I have Golden Dark skin and I was told by a very knowledgeable BE rep that Rose Radiance would look good on me. So for fair to medium skin tones I assume any color would look nice. If you go for a darker Radiance color, and your skin is fair to medium, you can get that "sun-kissed glow" that bronzers and all over face colors can do for you.

Answer:
Hi!

I have fair skin with pink undertones. I think that any of the radiances would work well as long as they aren't the orangish ones (Tropical, Warm, etc.). I have many of the radiances and I love them all, but my all-time favorite is Clear Radiance. It's got a slight iridescent quality to it, and pink undertones as well. It is GORGEOUS!! Pure Radiance, Flawless Radiance, and Rose Radiance are some of my other favorites. Radiance looks great on your cheek bones (or any high point of your face). Some people use it all over as a "top coat" instead of Mineral Veil. Try it on your brow bone for a pretty highlight. Dip your lip gloss in it for some shimmer. Apply a little on your décolleté. It has so many uses. You'll love it!

P.S. Treat yourself to the Soft Focus Face Brush for perfect application. :-)

Answer:
I will assume that the Radiance containers, which I think all of them are medium size, are the same size as the mineral veil containers that come in the Customizable Kits. If so, then the size is 0.07 oz. It would be nice if all products show the amount of it if it's in a container that is. For example, gloss, lipstick, brushes wouldn't need a size calculation really, but containers like the eye colors, radiance colors, foundation and all over face colors would be nice to have what size it is. Redness Remedy however does show the amount that's in the jar, but most other products don't usually show the amount a product holds. I've seen a lot of questions about the size of the product versus how to use it, which is a good sign; Most people would like to know how much of a product they're getting so it can not only last, but to determine if they need to buy more product so they can get it all in one sitting and then save up to order more later.
