Flawless Application Face Brush 4 5 14 14
I like this brush for applying my Bare Minerals foundation and also the Illuminating Mineral Veil. If you want a lighter application than the Buki brush, this is the right brush for you. 01/03/2011
Love it! I have had this brush for over 2 years now and it is still in GREAT shape! It is super soft and it works really well for warmth and mineral veil. I wash it at least every 2 weeks with BE Well Cared for brush conditioning shampoo and it comes out softer every time! I do not have a problem with bristles falling out at all! I will never buy brushes from anywhere else ever again! 11/20/2010
Mixed Feelings I'd actually rate it a 3 1/2 <3's. I don't use it with mineral foundation but with normal compact makeup (I don't have the time to buff for 10 minutes and mineral makeup look the same as compact makeup on me) because it applies pressed (as well as loose) powders lighter than other brushes and builds coverage. It felt really soft when I got it at the store but when I used it I realized it could be softer; sometimes it pricks a little and therefore leaves the skin a little red for a minute after application. The brush also sheds more than you'd expect and smells like old attic through the first few washes. With washes my brush also spread out so it doesn't look as neat as the one pictured here. These are minor details but they can be very annoying! Some positive bits are that it's tapered so it blends makeup well with skin as well as bronzers and blushes and it's a nice medium size so it can be used everyday and while traveling. I'll use it until it dies on me but I'm not 100% sure I'd get it again. 11/12/2010
Why I do not like this brush The Flawless Application Face Brush does not give me the right amount of coverage with Foundation or Mineral Veil. I had to go over my face multiple times to get the desired result. It takes me a while to get ready in the morning, so I don't want to spend a lot of time on my face. The hairs on this brush fall out, and the brush feels prickly on my face. The handle also separated from the brush. I would not purchases this brush again because it did not give me the coverage I desired. The quality of it was not good, either. I love BE brushes. This one just wasn't for me. 11/11/2010
