Broad Spectrum SPF 20 Concealer - null
I Love This Concealer
This concealer is the best one I have ever used. I purchased the color bisque and just love it! The coverage is excellent and goes on so nice. It doesn't look heavy or made-up and makes application for the foundation just right. I think I have found a winner!
I really like this concealer for dark areas and for blemishes or acne scars. It is too dry for under eyes and doesn't conceal under eyes enough for me. I do use it to set a more creamy concealer under my eyes. It does not completely cover dark spots, but greatly reduces the look of them. It hides redness around the nose well. This is the one Bare Minerals product I would for sure purchase again.
Best I have ever had, can't go without it
I had bad acne and when I saw Bare Mineral commercial and seen there reviews I knew then I wanted to try it. But I was worried about my acne/scars showing because I suffered badly. I had already spent so much money in Mary Kay, Cover Girl, Sheer Cover etc. So when I called and talked to a representative she was incredibly nice an helpful. She wanted me to describe my skin to her. Well when I told her that I suffer with acne an acne scars she automatically said " you need the concealer "...so I added that on to my cart . I absolutely LOVE it , you cannot tell at all that I have scars or acne. I am very satisfied an so thankful. Love the makeup!!!!
I have a problem with purple areas under my eyes and usually have trouble covering this area. I tried this product, suggested by a sales associate in the store where I shop, and I am very happy with this product. It totally covers my problem areas. I highly recommend this concealer if you are having trouble with coverage also.
I am new to Bare Minerals and I have just gotten my starter kit. I have been reading the reviews about how the color of the lightest concealer has changed without warning; it is now too dark for light skin. This concerns me because I wanted to reorder it. The other thing is that the concealer in my kit has one name but on the bill it has another. I don't know what I have and wouldn't know what to reorder. maybe one of them is the new darker color the other reviews were talking about. On the concealer it is labeled- Mineral Beige N20, matt SPF 15, foundation, (not concealer). On the bill it is called- S SPF 20 bisque, (01) V2. Is it SPF 15 or 20? Is it Mineral Beige or Bisque? Is it a foundation or a concealer? I don't care what it is called, but I do care about getting the same product IF I reorder.
Better than the cream concealer!
Definitely like the powder form better. Doesn't cake and looks light. I wasn't even aware that concealer could be in powder form until I found this product.
Formula Color Changed Without Warning, Now The Lightest Shade is Too Dark
I've been using Bisque for years. Now the color is different. I even got a replacement because I was convinced that it must have been labeled wrong. It wasn't. The second container was too dark also. I use Fairly Light foundation and the Bisque (the lightest color available in a concealer) is now too dark. It actually GIVES me dark circles under my eyes. It's darker than my foundation! So sad! Because there is no lighter option. I could try going for the very lightest foundation shade and use it as a concealer. I have the Well-Rested for eyes but it is very yellow and not a good choice for touch-ups all over the face. Photo shows my foundation color on the left, and the two samples of Bisque next to it.
WE NEED FAIR BISQUE! We are FAIR not light skinned!
Why is it that darker skin tones have multiple choices for bisque, but regular bisque, which is LIGHT is supposed to be good enough for fair skin tones‽ if I use it alone I have dark splotches all over my face because it is 2 shades darker than my skin tone. I have to buy a light cream or off white eyeshadow and make my own fair bisque which is costly and never consistent. I have used be since 2003 and have been BEGGING since 2005 for a fair version of bisque. With the plethora of shade options they've added you'd think Fair Bisque would've been one of them but no! PLEASE I know I'm not alone here and that they're are many others with Snow White skin needing thus product last year. Please give us the fair bisque we've been very patiently waiting for. Wow, Fair isn't even an option for my skin tone in the drop down menu of this form!
I've been using this since I was a freshman in high school! It's truly timeless and works great! I've only had one problem with this product and that's when the temperature are very high, it will melt right off, but even then it doesn't clog my pores! Great product overall, I recommend this to many of my friends and family!
No "fair" or even "light" available now
I last used this several years ago and the lightest shade sold ( sadly, I don't recall the name ) was perfect for me. While I have very dark red-brown hair I have the palest skin, porcelain is the term I usually hear, and not a freckle in sight. When returning here to purchase the concealer I was troubled by both the name, "Bisque" and the photo. It seemed *so* dark, but as it was the only color recommended I decided it was my faulty memory and/or my faulty screen. Not the case; I ordered 3 jars and they will be on the way back. I did try it, but even the lightest application had me looking like an orange-ish clown. With a dirty face. And too much make-up :( I'm once again on the hunt for a different brand with a shade for truly pale people. LOREAL made one I like called True Match Naturale, in 2 light shades, but I can no longer find theirs, either. I've always used just a bit of concealer and a light brushing of Mineral Veil which worked wonderfully, even at my age (64), so perhaps before I return all 3 jars I'll try mixing something and see if I can make this usable.
