  • How often will I receive shipments?The bareMinerals Club is set up so that you automatically receive your beauty essentials every two months. You also can adjust your Club shipment frequency to fit your usage.
  • Can I change my mind about the products that are delivered to me? How often can I make changes to my club?Yes, you can change the products in your shipment as many times as you want. You are welcome to change the products you receive in your Club shipments (within our select list of product options) prior to every scheduled shipment.

  • How do I cancel my automatic Club shipments?Please contact a Customer Service Representative at 866.214.0702 to assist you with cancelling your Club.
  • When should I notify you if I need to make a change to my Club shipment?Changes to a Club shipment must be made at least 10 days in advance of the scheduled Club shipment. This will provide adequate time to make the change to your next Club shipment prior to the order processing for delivery.
  • Which of the bareMinerals Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF 15 finishes are available in the Club?We are pleased to share that both MATTE and ORIGINAL are available in Club shipments.
  • Am I able to receive the bareMinerals READY® Foundation in my Club shipments?We are always looking to add new products to your available Club product assortment based on customer feedback and preferences. At this time, bareMinerals READY Foundation is not an option available for your Club shipments; however, this product is sold separately with an optional Auto-Delivery Program available.
  • What is the difference between being a Club member and a Friends and Benefits Member?The Friends and Benefits program is our loyalty program. This program is loaded with perks for our members -- personalized birthday gifts, Personal Sale Day (15% off your order), $10 off a future purchase once you've spent $150 with us, plus many more FAB perks. Our bareMinerals Club is designed to deliver our most essential bareMinerals products right to your door at a set discounted price.

    The Friends and Benefits membership can be used in conjunction with your bareMinerals Club. Your Club shipments (along with purchases in boutiques, outlets, on bareMinerals.com and through customer service call center) will count towards the $150 FAB purchase accrual to receive $10 off a future purchase.   • Do I have to choose a bareMinerals Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF 15 in my Club?Since this is technically a foundation Club, we do require at least one jar of bareMinerals Foundation in every shipment.
  • Why should I be a Club member?The Club is designed to deliver bareMinerals products to your door at a discounted price (15%-45% savings). Being a member means you're eligible for special offers and every shipment comes with a free sample so you can be among the first to try our groundbreaking new products. You're able to customize your shipments by deciding what items to receive and how often they ship.

    • 5 Items· Choose the Luminous Beauty with 5 items for only $65.98 plus tax and the shipping's on    us. This is up to 40% savings on retail price.

  • If I change a product in my Club, will the price of my shipment change?Changing a product in your Club will not affect the price of your shipment. We encourage you to customize your Club shipment to accommodate your needs.
  • Can I customize my Club shipments online?Yes, you can log on to My Account to fully customize the products you receive in your shipments. You can also see your next shipment date, billing and shipping information. If you would like to add more products to your Club bundle, our Customer Service department at 866.214.0702.
  • How much does it cost?We have several Club levels to choose from, you can pick the number of products and price that is right for you. Generally, the more products you have in your level, the more you will save.

    • · Flawless Beauty- choose any 4 Club Items, $53.98 plus the shipping's on us

  • What are my payment options?If you ordered a Get Started® Kit to join the Club, the credit or debit card you used to purchase the kit will be used to pay for your Club shipments. If you joined the Club without purchasing a Get Started Kit, the card you provided when you signed up for the Club will be used to pay for your Club shipments. You can change this at any time by calling Customer Service or going online to My Account. Split-payment options are available. If you choose to have your payments split, your first payment will be charged when your package is shipped and you will be charged for 50% of your order total plus s&h and sales tax, your second payment will follow 30-days later and charge the remaining 50% of your balance.
  • What if I don't use it as much as I am receiving it?If you are not using your foundation as much as you are receiving it, you can move your shipment frequency out to a time that works better for you. You can do this on My Account, or by calling our Customer Service department at 866.214.0702.
  • What if I run out of product before my shipment is scheduled to come?If you are running out of product before your shipment is scheduled to come you can change your shipment frequency so your product comes sooner. If you would like to keep your frequency the same but would like to receive your next shipment sooner, call our Customer Service department at 866.214.0702 and they can request an early shipment for you.
  • How do I know how often I will need a Club shipment?We recommend that you base your frequency off your foundation usage. Below are some recommendations for you based on common usage rates, if you need more help determining the right frequency for you, call Customer Service and one of our Beauty Associates will be more than happy to help you.

    • · Every 1-2 Months: Can't leave home without it. If you never go anywhere without your    bareMinerals, set your frequency to include one foundation every two months for light    coverage or one foundation every month if for medium-to-full coverage.
    • · Every 2-3 Months: A lighter touch. If you use bareMinerals a few times per week but    not every day, choose a frequency that includes one foundation every three months for    light coverage, or one foundation every two months for medium-to-full coverage.
    • · Every 3-4 months: Girls night out. If you only wear makeup for nights on the town or    special occasions, choose a frequency that includes one foundation every four months    for light coverage, or one foundation every three months for medium-to-full coverage.
  • Is there any fee or charge to be a part of the Club?There is no fee or extra charge to be a part of the bareMinerals Club, you are only charged for the discounted products when a shipment is sent to you.
  • Is there any obligation for me to stay in the Club? Am I locked in for any amount of time?There is absolutely no obligation to be a part of the bareMinerals Club, you are not locked in for any amount of time and can cancel whenever you wish by calling Customer Service at 866.214.0702.
  • Can I share a Club with a family member?Yes, you can customize your Club to receive more than one shade of foundation, making it easy to share your club with someone in your household.
  • Can I receive more than one shade of foundation in my Club shipment?Yes, you can customize your Club to receive more than one shade of foundation, making it easy to share your club with someone in your household.
  • Do I receive an email notification when I am due for another Club shipment?Currently, you will not be notified of your next scheduled Club shipment by email; however, this may change in the future. You are always able to view/manage your bareMinerals Club account online at www.bareMinerals.com by clicking on “My Account” link located at the top right-hand corner.
