Step: 1

Step 2:

Create a downward sloping angle at the inner corner of the eye (at the tear duct) with Blue Velvet Lashliner and the Lashliner Brush.

Step 3:

Connect the inner corner angle and the outer triangle wing by creating a smooth, thick line of Blue Velvet Lashliner along the lower lashes.

Step 4:

For more depth and drama, line the inside rim of lower lash line with Buxom Insider Eyeliner in Sapphire. Begin at the outer corner and move to the inside corner.

Step 5:

Layer a few coats of Buxom Lash in Blue Noir onto top and bottom lashes. Start at the lash base and wiggle wand in a zigzag motion to separate lashes and create a fuller lash line.
