Rated 5 out of 5 by Love it! <3 Love this concealer. I read on amazon reviews that it was like glittery, but after trying it on and walking into the sun to inspect I haven't noticed any glitter effect. This is perfect because I intend to also use it on acne when I need to! I just use a tiny amount, and this has great coverage. I love this product and am happy that I purchased it. 07/11/2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by A great "coverage" tool! This is my "I don't leave home without it" make up. Here's the thing, it's not great as a brightener under your eyes. I do use it for that but I use a moisturizing concealer first and just dab a little of this in the darkest spots and blend. It will dry out your skin under your eyes and hasten your wrinkle development. HOWEVER, this is the best makeup to cover up a pimple, blemish or dark spot. It stays where you brush it on and will make your blemish virtually disappear. My routine is this- moisturize, use "well rested" to cover up spots and blemishes, then use foundation powder all over. The result is fabulous. 06/13/2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not sure about this stuff Based on the reviews, it seems that people really like this stuff, but for me, it looks freaky around my eyes. It goes on too white, and it makes me look really tired and puffy. It does not look natural at all to me. I have tried it on top of the bare minerals cc eye primer. I don't know how to make it work. So far, my most favorite concealer is the bisque. It looks natural and it goes on so fast! When I use the cc eye primer, it takes me awhile to get it on right. If I just use the bisque, over a silicone based primer (not the cc eye primer) it goes on very quickly and lasts all day. I save myself a lot time in the morning and when I look in the mirror during the day, it looks much more natural. I think that I will stick with the bisque. 03/15/2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for pale girls with yellow undertones! I wear bare minerals original foundation in "Fairly Light" and this works perfectly with it!! I am one of those rare people that has pale skin that actually can tan really well, only I choose to protect myself from the sun and stay fair. The only problem with that is usually it's so hard to find shades that match my skin! But this concealer does. It seems like everything made for fair skin has pink undertones, since fair people usually have skin types that burn in the sun. But since I have yellow undertones it can be very frustrating to find things light enough to match me since people assume that if you have yellow undertones you must love to tan because you can. Anyways, this has full coverage of my under eye circles and is slightly lighter than the Fairly Light foundation so I also can use it as a very subtle highlighter on the bridge of my nose and top of my cheekbones. Works best with the Bare Minerals concealer brush, if you don't have that already you should get it, that brush is amazing too. This also doesn't settle into any lines and lasts all day, doesn't rub off easily. I have combination type skin. I hope they never discontinue this product, best concealer I have ever used and my makeup doesn't look perfect and complete until I use it. 03/06/2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Sorry this didn't work out for me I don't know quite what to do with this product. I thought it might take some of the redness from my eyelids, but it is just a yellowy white shadow. I have green eyes and reddish skin tone. Just not working for me. will put it in my box of cosmetics to give to my grandaughter, hopefully it will be good for her. 02/20/2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not for me I just didn't have any luck with this product at all. Every time I used it people told me I looked puffy. Or tired. I can look puffy and tired for free! Thank you tho 02/17/2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by For Fair Skinned People. I'm not too sure if this is the right way to use this item but this is how I use it. I put it under my eyes and on the eye lids before I put on my foundation. Only because I find that it is pretty yellow if I put it over the foundation to get that 'well rested' look. It certainly works well that way however, I guess it would become more like a concealer. I am really FAIR skinned so if I put it over top of the foundation it looks terrible. Just in case there were any other fair skinned people looking at this item. 01/28/2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Too yellow for fair girls I was so excited to try this product that I bought the full size. It is far to yellow for fair skin with cool undertones. I tries using a precision brush and applying it only over blue under eye circles...and it still showed up "yellow" next to my skin. It is unwearable. 01/11/2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love Bare Minerals I use well rested eye brightner to cover red splotches on my face and it works great. I also use it to cover bags under my eyes. I've used bare minerals for several years now and love the products. I do sometimes get caking if I have hot flashes and perspire a lot, but I think that would be true of any make-up. 01/07/2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Favorite Concealer Does not crease, looks natural, works well with the original and matte foundations. I wouldn't recommend this for trying to cover really dark circles. 01/05/2016

I've heard great things about this. I often get dark circles under my eyes due to lack of sleep (thanks college), but if this doubles as a concealer it's a must have! So, does it?

I use this to conceal acne and it works great. I have more of yellow toned very fair skin, though. If your skin is more pink toned I would suggest the bisque shade. That shade was to dark and pink for me.

Answer:
Works great for concealing color from acne or scars. I don't think it would conceal pores or 'holes' in the skin.

I'm new to the world of makeup and new to BM as well and lately I've been really liking the conturing and highlighting look. I've heard that well-rested eye brightener works for highlighting? i mean can an eye brightener be used for highlighting other areas other than the eye area?

Answer:
Hi AriaAnchorage Ak,

As a loyal user of the Stroke of Light Eye Brightener, I would say using it for coverage on other areas of the face than the eye area may not really hold up when compared to some of the cheek tints, etc. It is just the right amount of highlight for smaller areas such as the far and near corners of the eyes. Even wiping a longer stroke and blending from the corner of the eyes downwards I find helps contour and narrow the nose bridge. I have heard of some using it in the cupid's bow to provide subtle highlight there.

Answer:
I use a Flawless Face brush to apply this - maybe the size of this brush is a bit overkill, but it works. I use the same Swirl & Tap process that BE suggests, and then I close each eye and lightly buff it both underneath and over the eyelid. After that, I use my fingers to squeeze the brush into a thick line and get up to the eyelashes for all around brightness.

Answer:
Just as you would any of the items - take a small brush (I like the baby buki) take a small amount of well-rested and swirl and tap. Just lightly brush over each eyelid. You're done!

The consultant suggested a large eye blending brush. I was not looking to purchase a brush, but glad I did. The blending brush is easy to apply gently all around the eye.

I use a small full flawless face brush(mini sized) and do large circles around the entire up from under the circle to just under the brow. That is the technique they use in the boutiques.

Use one of the BM brushes and apply to upper and lower areas above the eye and below. You will be truly surprised at how well it extends the wear of your eye shadow and eye liner after application as well as lightening and evening out your colors.

Answer:
Hi,

I'm not sure if someone's answered this or not, but I'm gonna give it a go! You can use a small powder brush of your choice, preferably a soft bristled one so the product spreads easier and isn't so harsh on your face. I've been using the product anywhere I want to highlight. I know it says it's for your under eyes, but it does wonders all over your face. Try using a small brush and putting it underneath your eyes and blending out toward the top of your cheekbone as well as down toward your nose. You can put it on the bridge of your nose, bow of your lips, inner corner of your eyes and your brow bone, too. Have fun with it!! xo

in the same way as foundation powder (slight-medium coverage). But let me to advise you to try this product in the store to see if it fits you. I also wanted to buy this but when I tryed this I saw it is too light for me, I looked like the panda with this, though my tone of the skin is fairly-light . Also "Well Rested" accentuated all wrinkles under my eyes. But some people love this, so it is better to try this before purchase

Answer:
Since you have super sensitive skin, you may have to try a few different things. The Correcting concealer (the creamy version) works well under my eyes to even out skin tone, as does the Stroke of Light. The Well Rested Powder does some concealing, but in my experience it does not last all-day without either the concealer or Stroke of Light underneath.

Answer:
Concealer means it will conceal - the well-rested is more for brightening. My suggestion - use well-rested on eyelids to brighten, concealer under eyes to cover the dark circles.

Answer:
If you have light circles the powder well rested will work but if they are dark it will help but will not cover. My dad has dark circles and I inherited them. I used to use the stick type of concealer to cover them but with bare minerals a little goes a long way so if you have bad circles you could probably use a few dabs of the concealer and put well rested on top. That is what I do and it is not noticable at all. The well rested tends to brighten as opposed to actual concealing.

My personal choice is the Well-Rested as it not only protects the sensitive eye area; but evens out the tone of the entire area, and I brush it on the upper and lower eye areas.

If you act right away, I just purchased the Wellrested trio for only $15. You must purchase online and you will receive wellrested concealer and wellrested eye brightener and the application brush. Wellrested is my favorite product but maybe you may need a separate sunscreen. God bless you

I've purchased both concealer and the Well-Rested Eye Brightener, and I find that Well-Rested works sooooo much better for me than the concealer. I use the "Maximum Coverage Face Brush." This brush helps TREMENDOUSLY in covering things up. It's much better than the "Maximum Coverage Concealer Brush."

Answer:
Hi Brynn,
I suggest the Well-Rested SPF 20 Eye Brightener (loose shadow version) for dark under-eye circles. I have all three products: the powdered concealer, the powdered Well-Rested, and the liquid Well-rested. The concealer is really great for red marks, sun marks, or pimples. It neutralizes the color and works well under a foundation. If you have acne or get zits, it's a great thing to try! The Well-Rested Brightener (powder) lightens dark places and provides good coverage. The liquid version does not work as well for me (less brightening, less coverage, harder to apply). If you wanted to choose only one product that works really well for dark eye circles, I highly recommend the Well-rested SPF 20 loose powder shadow. I also have very sensitive skin, so much so that I cannot wear all BM products (e.g. eyelid primer, big and bright eye liner, etc), but the products you're asking about work really well for me. Hope this helps!

So many BM products sound like they might be gluten-free but scientific names are not easy to determine if they are gluten-free unless sources are given. It is necessary to know what products contain gluten for millions in the US alone. No concealers are listed under your "products containing gluten" but I wonder if the list needs updating. Thank you.
