SWIRL, TAP, BUFF® APPLICATION

SWIRL a small amount of bareMinerals® Foundation in the lid until it all disappears into the brush.
TAP away excess.
BUFF onto the skin in a circular motion.

Applying the Makeup is Easy

1. Swirl
a small amount of bareMinerals into the lid with the Flawless Application Brush (for lighter coverage) or the Full Coverage Kabuki Brush (for more coverage) until the bareMinerals are tucked into the bristles.

2. Tap
off excess. bareMinerals should not be visible on the outside of the brush.

3. Buff
bareMinerals onto the skin in a swirling, circular motion, starting on the outside of your face near your cheekbones. Then, buff around your face, working your way to the cheeks, forehead, and nose. Buff until you're satisfied with the coverage. Less is more when applying bareMinerals.

Amazing and Healthy for your skin! This foundation is amazing! I have been struggling with acne for year and love this mineral powder foundation that doesn't clog pores and is so light you forget your wearing anything! I love the fact that it is good for your skin and doesn't contain any bad chemicals (like most foundations) and they offer a wide variety of shades for all skin types. My sister and I have been wearing Bare Minerals for years and I recommend it to all my friends! 04/30/2013

Best foundation I will never use any other brand of foundation. The original foundation provides full coverage while being light and allowing your skin to breath. It makes your skin look natural and flawless. This product is a must-have! 04/28/2013

Wonderful feeling, could use more coverage I switched over to Bare Minerals after some convincing from my roommates- a handful of them wear it. I love the feel when buffing it on, it feels like I am not wearing any makeup at all (which I had gotten used to for my entire freshman year of college). I love the radiance and light Bare Minerals adds to my skin. My friends compliment me often on how natural my skin/make up appears. I believe my skin tone and texture have actually improved with use as well- tone is very even and the texture is very smooth and soft! I give this foundation only 4 stars because I love the way it feels and looks, but I wish there was a bit better coverage. My acne scars and blemished do not even come close to being covered, but the foundation does minimize it a bit. I have recommended Bare Mineral products to every girl I have met since- especially those with sensitive skin- because the product feels so amazing. I have switched multiple ladies over from using Mary Kay products even (personal victory dance). 04/22/2013

Weightless! The foundation is extremely light. It doesn't feel like I have a layer of make-up caked onto my face and it gives my skin a flawless and natural look without having to put a lot on. The container is great with the the movable/closing top so that the make-up doesn't spill out all over the place. I had been struggling a lot with my skin looking cakey after putting make-up on because of my extremely dry skin but I feel that this foundation has actually helped to prevent my skin from drying out and flaking. The size of the container was larger than I expected which was a nice surprise! I gave it a 4 for 2 reasons. The first is because I felt some of my pores because more noticeable with this product however I fixed that by adding a light layer of tinted moisturizer underneath. I am used to wearing a liquid foundation so changing to a powdered one has been an adjustment for me. The second is because I find this has too much of a glow for my liking. I would prefer it for a night out but during the day I feel I will go with the matte next time as it is the look I am more accustomed to. Otherwise I love the product and will continue purchasing it ... and will definitely recommend it to all of my friends! :) 04/20/2013

Skin Perfection I have been using the Original BM foundation for a good long time, and I get so many compliments on my skin. It has converted almost anyone who asks from liquid foundation over to BM. I love the luminosity this gives. I have fair skin. I like to mix Fair & Fairly Medium with Flawless Radiance & the blemish treatment. 04/18/2013

You must try this make up!!!! My daughter had been trying to get me to use bare minerals. She works at a salon. She finally bought me the kit. Loved this the moment it went on and havent used any thing else since --that was 4 years ago! I am 58 yrs old and have spots and large pores. This make up covers everything and you will never feel like you have make up on. I wear it all day and it has sunscreen too! I love the pure radiance all over cover. People are always asking me about my skin and how I keep it looking so good. It is definately the make up my skin is not that great! I have normal skin and use medium beige. I wear very little make up- just the foundation and sometimes the radiance or mineral veil if its somewhere special. If I want some color I will use the warmth as blush. It lasts me a long time! I was a skeptic... but wow !!! I am 60 years old and stayed away from mineral makeup because I read reviews regarding mineral powder settling into fine lines and wrinkles, which I have an abundance of . If you are in this age group, pleeeeease go to a Bare Escentuals boutique and have a demonstrator show you how to apply this makeup properly; then wear it for a day.. I guarantee you will be back. I went into the store with my 29 yr. old daughter who has been wearing BM for 4 years; I always compliment her skin and she kept urging me to try BM foundations. Once in the store I decided to give it a go. The wonderful sales person took her time and showed me all the steps. As I walked around the mall all afternoon, I kept checking my face in every available mirror, and loving the results. This foundation does not settle in your lines, nor does it leave that awful jawline demarkation mark, nor does it feel heavy and make you aware that you are covered with a layer of ecru tinted smear which ends up all over your IPhone 5. Bare Minerals is FLAWLESS; you don't feel as if you have makeup on at all !!! Yet I have great coverage, even over the brown spots. I was using the best possible foundation ( $80) and I've tossed it. BM feels so much better on my skin. I sat outside on Easter Sunday, in full sun, and no smearing or running of makeup for once, such a good feeling. I have been getting compliments for the past 2 weeks and people are asking me what I've done, this has never happened to me before. I think the combination of wearing the right color foundation, applying the makeup as subtly as I was shown, and buffing it into creaminess has made such a difference. It is essential to go to a boutique and be shown the correct method. I had one previous experience with BM in a beauty supply type shop and I was not impressed, simply because the foundation was applied like blush, and I didn't get the proper results. amazing! i actually bought the starter kit about 2 years ago, loooooved it but went back to liquid MAC foundation because it was gifted to me (shame on me). well, ive been breaking out lately due to stress and the weather change. my fiance even noticed how bad it got, because i RARELY break out. plus the MAC foundation left an awful yellow hue on my skin, it was IMPOSSIBLE to blend in my pale skin.. so i decided to go back to bare minerals because i loved it so much back when i first purchased it. so i bought it when they were having their 3 for 30$ deal at their new vacaville outlet location (YAY!) and stocked up. this foundation lasts so long, even using it daily. like 2 months.. such a $$ saver! plus this foundation lasts on the face all day long, cleared my face up, and leaves my skin flawless. even if i get a break out, its easy to conceal it. plus im so fair, almost translucent (haha) that its hard to find makeup true to my pasty white complexion.. this foundation is a perfect tone! the MAC foundation, you could see where the foundation was lying because of the yellow hue it left on my skin, NEVER AGAIN! i love this foundation!!!! 04/01/2013
