I have very fair skin as well. All three of the radiances you mention work great on fair skin and look natural. Radiance is all-over face colour, so you apply it everywhere. Rose radiance has a bit of rosiness to it, but very very little. Clear and flawless will pretty much look colourless on fair skin. The main point of radiance is to add glow to your skin. With rose radiance, you can also add a bit extra on your cheeks for natural looking blush. With clear and flawless radiance, I like to add a bit extra to the top of my cheeks for a bit of extra glow and highlight.

Go with clear radiance if you want it very natural. I wear rose radiance as a blush and I wear fair foundation. Rose radiance makes a gorgeous color blush on my skin tone. Any time you wear a highlighter, you are using it to help create a structure to the face and to give a soft glow to the skin. Use it right on the cheek bone, bring it in as you would your blush sort-of right on top to above your blush. When you put it on the cheek bone you can bring it up to the temple too. Next place is on the chin, just a quick little dab with a blush brush close to the tip of your chin. Third is the cupids bow above your lip. Next is the nose, there are several ways to do the nose depending on your nose. The most common way is to go down the length of the nose covering the bridge of the nose and go almost to the tip. If you have a nose that you do not like, play around with the application. I have a sort-of long nose, radiance looks best on just the tip of mine. Almost done...next is the brow bone. You can put it directly on the brow bone and above the eye brow. Use a smaller brush to do this part, your eye shadow brush is best for the eye area and cupids bow. Lastly you can put it on the inner corners of your eyes. This will highlight the inner eye area without looking like you are trying to be in a celebrity photo shoot (no offense to the rock stars out there, rock it if you can). I find the highlighter process easy once you get the hang of it, pretty quick to do also. Hope I helped.

I would suggest bare radiance.

I think you should try rose radiance. Worst case scenario is that it won't work as a highlighter for you and then you can use it as a blush. The most natural looking way to get a glow on skin is with a golden or soft pink highlighter. Those are colors that are found in most skin tones already. If you are lighter than tan, pink is typically the most natural for you. If you are darker than tan, golden is typically the most natural color. Those are the colors those skin tones typically already have as a sheen or glow. That is not to say that another color will not look great or pretty. I am fair and like rose radiance when I wear cooler makeup colors and clear (which is more golden) when I wear warmer colors.
