READY Blush - null 4.7 5 21 21
A Happy Color I like using this color on bright and sunny days. It makes me feel cheery! The color lasts all day and it seems to be pretty pigmented. I have a couple of colors from BM and I'm happy with all of them. 07/18/2014
Ready Blush If you like mineral makeup then you are going to fall in love with bareMinerals Ready Blush. Created using all natural ingredients, this beautiful pressed powder blush comes in a lightweight compact along with a small travel blush brush (ideal for touch-ups). bareMinerals Ready Blush is long lasting, its smooth formula glides over skin with ease offering buildable coverage meaning you can control the colour intensity to your personal liking. Available in Australia in 10 shades, all so pretty and hard to choose between, bareMinerals Ready Blush shades compliment various skin tones, it is quite fitting to declare you are spoilt for choice. I have been wearing 'The Natural High', a peachy-coral tone with a pearlescent sheen that lights up skin and creates a healthier looking version of my skin. bareMinerals Ready Blush contains mica for pearlescent shine, silica, the brand's trademarked SeaNutritive Mineral Complex as well as cold-pressed camellia oil for hydration. I can easily achieve eight hours from this reliable blush and am truly impressed that it lives up to its 8-hour claim. bareMinerals Ready Blush is suitable for all skin types and does not irritate in the slightest. Will I chance this product in the future? Absolutely. I look forward to popping in to Kit or Mecca so I can have a play with the colours. 06/13/2014
Great Blush I have redness in my cheeks and would never use a blush. I use medium coverage with my foundation and just a bit of The Aphrodisiac and it looks natural and not too heavy. Will recommend! 03/13/2014
Glowy, Long Lasting, Worth it! I bought the aphrodisiac blush. I have the loose rose color and enjoyed the color, but when I got this I fell in love with it! It's glowy and slightly highlighting, giving me a warm color for day or night. I'm young so I don't like too much color, but this just gives a warm glow that I love, and doesn't appear too much. I only have to use one swipe with a loose brush across my cheeks and I'm good for the day. The product lasts long, rarely have to reapply it and it will probably last me for at least six months. I'm super impressed. I was hesitant, but this came through :) 12/30/2013
READY Blush As a diehard fan of the Loose Blushes, I wasn't sure how I would like the READY blushes; the loose last forever and have great pigmentation. However, I found that the READY blushes are fantastic! My favorite is The Whisper: It is a nude color, but goes on really well and lasts all day (I was surprised to see it still on and noticeable by the end of a long, busy day!) It is also lightweight and gives a beautiful finish. A great purchase and a lot of great colors. Tip: Some brushes give a better payoff then others - I personally don't like the brush that is included in the compact. 12/02/2013
My go-to blush I LOVE the BM Ready Blush in the compact, Aphrodisiac is my go-to color and I look forward to getting more READY Blush colors. I normally use a different brush, but the included one is great for touch-ups or when I am on the go and take it with me. 12/01/2013
Love this as much as the Loose Blushes!! I LOVE the loose blushes. They last forever and ever and ever. I wanted to try the READY blushes because I travel a lot and the READY compacts take up less space in a travel bag. This blush is amazing. You tap the brush once and your cheeks get a great flush. I bought Aphrodisiac and it is a pretty color on my pale skin. It goes on beautifully and lasts all day on the cheeks. I expect the compact to last 6 months or so with everyday use and even longer if I mix it up with a cooler color for my winter looks. Try it and you'll love it! 10/07/2013
Blush This product is very innovative. It stays on in FL 90f heat! ANd goes swimming and to the BEACH as well! I give it a FIV E STAR RATING! 09/30/2013
great blush -- brush is useless I received this as a free gift in "The Whisper" when purchasing another starter kit. I loved it when the sales assistant applied it in the store. However, when I tried it at home, nothing. I couldn't see anything and thought it was way too light for me I wear golden tan. I thought it was either too light or the sales assistant gave me the wrong color. I started using it with a blush brush I bought with another kit I purchased and what a difference!! That brush they give you with the blush is useless. Get rid of it and give us more product or give us a real brush! 09/29/2013
Amazing....except for the brush! Like nearly all of the BE products, this is a fantastic product, but get rid of that ridiculous brush and just give us more blush! 09/22/2013

Do you use it like the Ready foundation and "tap" or pull the brush across like I've done for drugstore blush?

This blush sounds amazing! But I don't know which color to pick haha. Could someone please give me some advice? I have extremely fair skin and a cool complexion. My hair is ash-blonde and I have blue eyes. I like my makeup to be sheer and natural. Thanks for your time!

I would say The Aphrodisiac and just put it on lightly. It will look natural.

Comparing the two blushes I noticed that the READY Blush has a lot more ingredients than the loose powder blush. I don't know if this is very helpful, but I would say that maybe you're allergic to one or more of the ingredients in the READY Blush. My best guess would be to go to a pharmacist or your doctor to have the rash checked out if you already haven't. I hope this was helpful at least in some way!

After trying the READY foundation, & loving it, I'd like to try READY Blush. I'm 56 yrs. old, use Clear Radiance, but haven't worn Blush in many yrs. As I've aged, I've found that my usual shades of Blush appear too "theatrical". I wear READY foundation in Light & that's perfect for me. What shade would be best for me? My skin tone is light with yellowish undertones; sallow looking. I'd appreciate any other suggestions you might have to "perk-up" my overall appearance (eye shadow colors, lip colors, etc...) I have brown eyes & my natural hair color is dark brunette with little-to-no gray. Thank you!

I'm definitely not an expert, but I would suggest "Aphrodisiac" and "The Secrets Out." The Aphrodisiac is coral/peachy and sorta glowy. With one swipe it's gives you color but nothing extravagant. I'm young; so personally I'm not a big fan of tremendous amount of color on my cheeks. :) A deeper, more grown-up version would be "The One." The Secrets Out looks like it would be an amazing color for what you described.... an everyday color, so to speak. It would go great with just about everything! As for eye color.... try The Truth 4.0. great neutral palette to start out with, the colors are warm and go with just about any eye color. The Happy Place also seems to be great for brown eyes.

I recommend you go for a peach-based blush, such as Aphrodisiac, instead of a pink-based blush. A pink or red based blush may be too flashy/theatrical. Also, after I apply my foundation, blush, bronzer, I use the mineral veil to finish it off, and it softens the look of my blush. I really think a peach blush will work best for you.
I am also a yellow-undertoned brunette with brown eyed girl, and I know what you mean about wanted to "perk-up" our simple coloring. Try out the Ready 2.0 eyeshadow palette in "15 minutes". It looks ugly/plain in the packaging, but the light pink I put from eyelid to eyebrow, and then use the darker color all over my eyelid, and VIOLA, I look classy. It stays all day/night, too! Try one of the Plum eyeliners, such as the 5pm. This is all my go-to look, and it seems pretty simple and polished/ladylike when I'm done.
Good luck!

Because you have yellowish undertones and light skin tone, I recommend The Secret's Out. I use this and I'm Golden Medium and I love this color! I have heard good reviews from those who are light skin tone and recommend this as a great "just a hint of color" color! It may look a bit dark on the computer screen, but it is LIGHT. You can layer it too for more color.

READY Blush is Matte. Eyeshadows (sheen, shimmer and high shine eye colors) are the ones with a sparkle effect to it. My fav READY blushes are The Tease which is good for daytime or afternoon and The French Kiss which is good for going out at night or to dress up your look a little more. I have Golden Dark skin, so the french kiss gives me just the color I need and each time I buff the color onto my face, it's like I'm amping up the color even more, but it's amped up gradually and not dramatically which I can really appreciate. The Whisper is VERY sheer and I would suggest that color for fair skinned complexions. On my skin, The Whisper doesn't show up hardly at all unless I were to really lay on layer after layer. Once you narrow down what blushes work for you day, afternoon, night or one for all occasions, it will really mature your makeup application experience and routine.
