Blush - null
PLEASE BRING BACK THE COLOR "SO FAB". MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE BLUSH OF ALL TIME. I ALWAYS FELT IT MADE ME LOOK PRETTIER! PERFECT SHADE TO MY PALE AND SENSITIVE SKIN. I LOST MY "SO FAB" BLUSH COLOR AND AM SO DISAPPOINTED IT'S DISCONTINUED!
This blush not only makes your skin look beautiful, but it gives you this sophisticated mature look. Kiss is the shade I use, and I find it works best with light/fair skin. Buff it onto your cheekbones (smile to find where it will buff on best) for gorgeous results. I hope this helped!
Best array of colors.
Over my experience with bare minerals I have tried the colors hint, joyous Jennifer, vintage peach, beauty, and giddy pink (I like to switch it up.) Ihave enjoyed all of them but I think my all time favorite is vintage peach. In my opinion, it looks wonderful on all skin tones, it is a light color with just the right amount of sparkle. A little bit goes a long way, which means one jar lasts forever. The texture is creamy and perfect. Even though some of the colors seem bright in the jar, with a light hand these colors are simply perfect and the high pigmentation is unmatched by any other blush I've tried.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this loose blush!
I have always struggled with compact blushes either coming on too dark (which is hard to fix without starting over), so I am just in love with the BM Blushes. Here are my favorites:
Kiss--My favorite for when I live in the north. Looks pretty dark in the jar, but it comes out as a soft, muted grown-up pink.
Fruit Cocktail--My favorite most of the time. I came upon this on accident when I moved to the South. Kiss seemed a bit dark under the super bright southern sun, so I went in and got color matched for something more natural and southern looking. This was recommended to me. I was scared to try this on because it is seriously a bright, Barbie-colored pink in the jar. I went along with it and once it was applied I was amazed. This is the perfect pink blush for my very fair skin. I even wear this in the winter up north as well as the summer down south.
Morning--I love this peachy color.
Floret--another favorite---Please bring this back!
BTW, for those Radiance addicts out there---all of these look totally fab with clear radiance on top.
Joyous Jennifer, Vintage Peach...
I have a few blushes and I love them. They put emphasis on just the right parts of my face and they are light and shimmery. I use Joyous Jennifer in the winter and Vintage Peach in the summer. They don't make my face look clown-like!
Still the best
For years, I used another brand's cake blush, but they started testing on animals so I won't use it anymore. I tried the READY blush in The One and loved it. I even wrote a positive review for it.
For Christmas, I got this blush in Beauty. Now, I remember why I loved Bare Escentuals blush when it first came out. Nothing looks as natural as the loose blush. If you want a more obvious blush look, all you have to do is add light layers until you get the look you want.
I still have a little of the blush I got however many years ago Bare Escentuals first started. It looks very bright in the container, so I thought it was too young of a color for me. Nope! It still looks amazing! Now, I really don't know why I switched to another brand.
I absolutely love this product color! I get many compliments from my patients regarding the flawless look of my skin. With the Vintage Peach blush I get even more! Many people refer to me as the "China Doll" due to the look of my fair flawless looking skin (with BM line). Love the amount of shimmer this one has and the mineral veil covers enough of the shimmer that it doesn't look childish. This is literally my must have color. Just enough color to highlight my cheeks.
I love these loose blushes! They have a huge color payoff, where a little bit of product gives the perfect amount of color pop, and it's long-lasting! Most of them also have the perfect amount of subtle shimmer to them, which gives a nice healthy glow. There are such a great variety of colors that everyone will find something complimentary to their complexion.
The pots also last a really long time since you only need a little to achieve the desired color; can also layer really well. It is a great investment! Have not tried using them on my lips (as suggested online), but do work well as eyeshadow; I like to put a tad bit of the same blush (used on my cheeks) on my eyes to make everything look cohesive and natural.
The only thing i don't like is that most of the pictures on the website are not true to shade, which makes it extremely risky to purchase them online without seeing them in person. However, this has really nothing to do with the blushes themselves!
Tip: For "new" colors, try mixing small amounts of complementary blush colors to create something unique! I love mixing Hint and Secret for a nice pink/purple blush.
BE blushes are the best
I've acquired quite a collection of BE blushes from holiday sets and kits I regularly purchase, and they're all amazing. The shades look natural, and even if you think you used too much, it usually still looks fine! I've tried drugstore blushes to try and save money, but it was a mistake. BE is the best.
Love this blush
I have very fair light skin with blond hair and greenish eyes, so I need a nice light blush with big color payoff.
I have tried this in Vintage Peach, Flowers, and Joyful Jennifer (i think?). So far I like, the best - peach for a VERY light natural "glow"; Flowers for a more intense "just went for a slight jog" type pink; and JJ for an everyday not too pink not too peach color.
The color payoff is huge. You need a slight tiny tap amt of product on a tapered blush brush and BOOM - blush heaven. Plus so far it's stood up to about 10 hr days at the office give/take.
A pot would last a long time, I like the quality a lot. I did give it a few stars off b/c I don't feel the online picture represents the actual color which makes it insaaaaaaaaaaaaanely frustrating to pick a color online & you might end up exchanging it in stores.
