Weather Everything Liner Sealer 4.8 5 32 32
A must have for oily eyelids I am writing a review to hopefully ensure that this product is never discontinued!! Weather Everything Liner Sealer is my go-to product in the steamy Florida summers. I have worn this to the beach, sporting events and even a few water parks. This product stays and doesn't flake or smudge off. Please don't ever discontinue!! 09/04/2014
YOU LISTENED! THANKS BE! Thank you for bringing this amazing product back to us! I was very disappointed when it was discontinued; pencils, no matter how "waterproof" will smear on me & the gels I purchased dry out quickly. Now not only will my eyeliner last all day, but I can customize my colors again! Thanks so much for listening to us & bringing a wonderful product back. 09/01/2014
I am soooooo excited! I am so glad they brought this product back! I have been trying to find something that works similarly to this and I have not found ANYTHING! I have been using a cheap brand I found online but it is nothing compared to this! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS OFF THE MARKET AGAIN!! This is an amazing product that actually works for 12 hours plus some! It is the only product I have found that actually keeps your liner in place ALL DAY LONG!! AMAZING PRODUCT! 08/27/2014
So excited to see it back! I had to switch to gel liners when they discontinued the liner seal. I stocked up on two when I saw these in stock again and on sale. Now I can start using my BE liner powders again that have been languishing in the back of my makeup drawer. Apparently, I have oily eyelids as any pencil I have tried (without sealing it) smear. 08/22/2014
Please Bring it Back!! I love being able to choose the perfect liner to match my eyeshadow. It's also the only liner that actually stays on all day. All other stick liners smudge no matter how hard I try to put a thin line. I've even been asked if I had my eye liner tattooed on! I also love that it's fresh every time I use it. That means less bacteria on my face and in my eyes! 08/05/2014
In love and reunited! I have been searching high and low for this product. None of the stores carry it any longer and I had resigned myself to sub-par eyeliners. I'm so excited to have found this that I ordered two to last awhile. In the meantime I'm hoping you'll bring back one of the best waterproof eyeliner products ever! You get to play with all of your wonderful liner shadow colors and have waterproof eyeliner at the same time. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making this available!! 06/05/2014
Excellent for oily lids! Please bring it back! This is the only product i can actually wear for over 12 hours and still looks AMAZING!! I use primers, but regardless what eyeliner i use, everything runs (trust me, i tried every brand, cheap an expensive in the market!) Please BE.. Don;t discontinue something that works wonderful! 05/21/2014
Bring this back!!! Just bring this back. It is amazing, who would not want a great product like this that can turn any eyeshadow into a liner that will stick. Duh, bring it back! 05/19/2014
PLEEEEAAAASE BRING THIS BACK!!! OMG, please bring this back! I have used this product for at least 10 years now and it is the ONLY way I can wear eyeliner without it creasing, migrating, wearing off - even with lid primer. I have tried just about every "bullet-proof", "long wear" or "waterproof" eyeliner on the market (pencils, gels, liquids...high end brands, low end, you name it) including your new pencils and nothing else works for me. I have deep set eyes and oily eyelids. This product is amazing! I can transform any loose color into a liner and it even works to "seal" pencil liners. I have only 1 bottle of this left (and scour eBay every week looking for more) and I'm having panic attacks when I think about trying to live without this product. I have spent literally thousands of dollars on BE products over the years. Please do not discontinue this product! You will lose me and so many other customers over taking away our beloved favorite product! 05/17/2014
Weather Everything is the best! I love this product. I was very upset to hear that it won't be available any longer. Does anyone know if there's another product out there I can get that works as well??? I will truly miss this one! It worked great ! I never worried about my liner coming off until I took it off. I used it often in humid weather and rainy/snowy days. It never let me down. Please reconsider pulling it from your store shelves!!!! 05/16/2014

I use BE liner shadows already, wet, but noticed that my cheeks will get speckled with liner that has flaked off. Which then I try to wipe off and all that does is smear lines all over my face. Does this sealer prevent that?

Personally I don't get flakes, except if I'm not careful applying, because I apply it dry and then dip brush into 1 drop of liner/sealer and go over that. If I tilt my head forward a little or to the side and look into a hand mirror as I'm apply I can usually do it without getting any on my cheeks. Hope this helps!

This product won't cause flaking. Personally, I usually like to keep wetness off of my eyes. I use an angled liner brush or the double ended precision brush (the point end) to put on my regular eye shadows. The READY line is great for that. You tap into the product and apply it. You get beautiful, natural and halfway smoky eye effect if you decide to bump up the application a bit. Have you used the Eyelid Primer? It's a small tube, but lasts and lasts because you don't need much of it to get the results you need. It really makes the colors on your eyes pop.

The only way that I have ever seen this flake has been when I excessively rub my eyes. (I know I'm not supposed to) Other than that, with this product the eyeliner stays put until you remove it.

Use your eyelid primer first, for sure! Eye cream then primer for eyes always. After that, any order for the rest of the products. I tend to put eyeshadow on first then eyeliner.

Your primer should go on first, then eyeshadow, liner, then sealer (some people mix the liner and sealer but I don't as it makes it more harsh looking).

My makeup routine is the following:

Clean Face
Primer
Conceal
Powder Foundation
Eye Primer
Eye Shadow
Blush
Lip gloss or balm
Mineral Veil

I rarely use eyeliner anymore because I have dark circles under my eyes and adding more black to the area I feel will probably bring out my darkness more. I like to use eye shadows to line my eyes. It's softer, easier to remove at the end of the day, more natural and lightens my face up. I do still like eyeliner, because eyeliner will make your eyes appear a little smaller. I have big eyes, so I can't over due it on the eyeshadow so I have to use my colors sparingly to make sure it blends well and not over due it.

Waterline is pretty difficult. I would try to stick with making sure that you get it to your lash line which is easier to make even and make a clean application.

I haven't been able to get it to work on the water line. That doesn't mean it won't, I just need to play with it a little more.

I would not suggest using this on your inner rim unless you are really good at keeping it in the one spot. I tried it and I don't know if it is because I'm not very good at using the brush (which I don't think is the case) or if the product just went everywhere because my eye was watering. When I did it, it got everywhere..all over my eyes and under the inner rim and I just had a big mess. I would just try it to see if you would have any luck but be really careful about staying on the line.

I'll be honest. I've tried mixing my all over face color with balm. I even contacted customer service to see if I was doing it right. I was doing it kinda right, so once I tweaked what I did wrong....I still didn't get the results I was looking for. I would take the all over face color and mix it really well with my balm I was using at the time and it would just be a small tiny itsy bitsy bit of the all over face color and it would look like little bits of clumped Warmth on my lips. I didn't like it and tried it several times. I feel better just used the balms, lipsticks and glosses as is and use the All Over Face Color to be used on my face only.

YES! But you have to use a brush to apply and make sure you don't make "mistakes" ! I would mix a little powder in a little container and add a little aloe or glycerine or even a little vitamin E to it just so it is not so dry with just the liquid and powder. I did use a lip pencil to outline to help me "stay in the lines" first, then after mixing the blush and moisture and Weather liquid, I would use the lipbrush and paint it on. You can also just use the liquid and blush and then use a balm on your lips after instead of mixing it in the mix, cause sometimes the moisture won't mix right or it might apply streaky. So if you are just trying it the first time, I might just mix the blush and the weather everything. Just brush it on and if it feels a little dry, then just apply balm. You could also try using just water and blush first too to see how you like it and how it feels. Good luck!

I haven't tried mixing it for a lip stain but I would suggest for you to just try it because with BE you can use everything just about any way you can think of. I know I used one of the eye shadows as a lip color and it looked amazing.

I wipe it out with a clean piece of tissue after each use. Occasionally I will put some eye makeup remover on a cotton ball and wipe it out and then rinse.

Witchhazel is a good cleaning astringent. I wouldn't use Alcohol or Hydrogen Peroxide since those are solutions that are stronger and usually are used for common cuts and wounds. You can find Witch Hazel at drug stores usually or you can check local stores that carry facial cleaning products. I use Witch hazel a lot to clean my daughter's ears, my ears or my face sometimes if I'm out of the usual facial cleaning products I use.

Right after you are done applying this stuff to wherever, you should rinse it out with water. I usually just scrub it with my fingers and it comes off fine.

I've found that baby oil from any drug store does an excellent job cutting through the dried-out product. It's what I soak my brushes in to clean them after using them, too.

Do I have to mix the sealer with the eyeshadow powder to use? Do I add it after I apply the eyeliner? How do I apply it...with my finger or do I use a brush? If I use a brush it takes the shadow powder off. I am confused.

Personally I use a gel liner first, in a color that matches the Bare Minerals, and then I tap a few crumbs into the lid of liner container (just turn it upside down). I leave the paper seal in the container and poke a couple of holes with a pin so that only a little comes out each time. Less waste and much less messy. I then sweep the crumbs up into my liner brush and stroke along lash lines (tilt head sideways to keep from falling onto cheeks). Then I take 1 drop of liner sealer in the provided clear container and dip my brush into that and "seal" over where the loose liner was used. After it dries it stays all day but comes off easily with eyemakeup remover. I always get compliments on my eyes and this looks much more natural, not so harsh. If you mix the liner with the sealer and apply it that way it looks more like a liquid liner. It's personal preferance as to the look you wish to achieve.

You could even perhaps use a little of the Eye Primer, blend it out with an angled eye shadow brush or the double ended precision brush and then apply your liner or color. Primer helps colors pop and increases staying power throughout the day.

Mix the weather everything with your eyeshadow powder then apply with eyeliner brush after you mix. If you use the big and bright eyeliner pencils, apply pencil color first then apply weather everything on top with an eyeliner brush.

A:
The way to use the Weather Everything Eyeliner Sealer is to open one slot in the little clear mixing case provided in the kit, put in 2 drops of the solution, then add in a small amount of the eyeshadow you desire to make into an eyeliner into that slot with the solution. Take an eyeliner brush & use it to mix together the solution and eyeshadow into an even, paint-like liquid. You may need to add more eyeshadow powder or the sealer solution depending on what consistency you want the eyeliner to be. Then apply the liquid you've created with the eyeliner brush. Don't use your finger, as it would only smudge anything you'd previously applied on your eye. I hope that helps.

Use the pencil first and then use the same pencil, or a liner brush, to apply the sealer over your lined eye to seal in your look.
