Mascara failure I love BE makeup. Long term fan of all products. I have bought 2 different BE mascara, just not worth the $$. Can go back to drug store mascara & get same results. 01/01/2014
Buxom This is the best Mascara i have ever used, I have been looking for month's to try to replace the one i have that is used up, the brush is the best. sad that i have had to resort to buying another brand and sticking the brush into it to use it. 12/20/2012

A:
Use BE's Facial Cleanser to remove makeup. It's good for your skin. You can follow up with the Purely Nourishing Moisturizer or the Purely Nourishing Cream (the cream I would use at night after makeup removal and the moisturizer I would use before makeup application). Soap and water is okay too, but make sure the soap isn't scented if you have sensitive skin. If you know that you don't have sensitive skin and your skin is up for anything, go with something moisturizing for your skin and not drying so it can help your skin feel smooth and supple.

If you must use soap and water, (which is way too hard on your skin!)
then after you lather it in your hands and apply it to your face- use your index finger and thumb to pinch your lashes between them and genty rub fingers together until all mascara is loosened...then rinse.
Just remember to keep your eyes closed tightly during this...
But if you're looking for a good eye-makeup remover- try Estee Lauder Eye-Makeup remover...it is expensive, but a bottle lasts over 6mths or more.
ANOTHER TIP: USE BABY OIL ON A Q-TIP TO REMOVE ANYTHING LEFT BEHIND.
