Suggested Usage Instructions

Dab a small amount at the corner of each eye and along the under-eye area, gently blending for an even application.
Use on bare skin or over makeup.

Stroke of Light Eye Brightener Loved this product. It did not settle into my fine lines and it last all day. Great stuff. 05/17/2013

Stroke of Light I am pretty happy with this stroke of light eye brightener. It does make my eye area brighter, and helps to hide dark circles (although it is not really a concealer). The reason I am only giving this 4 stars instead of 5, because there are tiny sparkles in it, and when the sun hits it correctly it is really noticeable, so I will only use it sparingly around my eyes- I was really hoping I could use it on the occasional breakout, but not with sparkles in it. Overall, I like it enough to buy again. 05/12/2013

Stroke of light is a GREAT product I can not stress this porduct enough, I had went to a BE boutique about a week ago and was looking at this particular brightener and was curious and spoke to a salesclerk about it. She had told me that it would remove the appearance of puffy eyes and tiredness in the eye. I was a little unsure about it at fist, but when she applied it I saw the immediate difference on the eye area. After purchasing it I have experimented and saw that you can use it every where on your face if you are looking into contouring the shape of your face as well. Like I said love this Product, I am very glad that BE has expanded its line. Try it you won't regret it!! 04/26/2013

Buying it next time I got a free sample of this and I love it! My under eyes are always dark and I hate it. I can never use enough cover up, but just a little bisque, my bare minerals foundation and then stroke of light and my eyes are AMAZING! 04/24/2013

Shine your light This product is genius. I do not have extreme dark circles, but as I am getting closer to 40, I have noticed the texture & color underneath my eyes drastically changed. I put a dollop of the Luminous 1 on my hand & use the Light Stroke brush to apply. I do blend with my finger a bit. Once it has dried, I cover it with either bisque or well rested. You want to not put on too much, otherwise it can look cake. Also, a small amount on the inner corner of the eye will do you wonders. 04/18/2013

Brightening without the Glitter I love this concealer and brightener. I have it in Luminous 2 and it is yellow, but only just so, so it doesn't clash against my pink-undertoned skin. It is luminous without looking like a disco-ball and is very hydrating, making it perfect for my under eye area. It never creases or looks cakey. It just gives that perfect wide-awake-I-just-slept-like-Sleeping-Beauty look. I set it with the original Well Rested using a small fluffy detail brush and together they eliminate all of the redness under my eyes and around my nose. I use it before my READY foundation in Medium and I get that perfect skin I have always wanted. This is a great product! 04/16/2013

Use this tip from my BE consultant!! I had never found a concealer I liked, until now. They were always too thick, settled into fine lines under my eyes, captured my makeup in those lines, and ended up making things look worse. When I expressed my displeasure with the darkness under my eyes, the consultant at my BE store suggested this product, tried it on me, and gave me some FABULOUS tips for its use: Apply this ON TOP of your foundation, not the other way around, and do not apply it directly to your undereye area with the applicator. Put on your foundation FIRST (an absolute must), then roll the applicator of the Stroke of Light onto the back of your hand so there is a little blob of it. Using your ring finger, pick up a smooth light film of the Stroke of Light and apply and blend it gently into your undereye area. Do NOT buff foundation powder on top of it. (I still use mineral veil as my final makeup step, but I try to keep it away from my undereye area as much as possible.) I am ecstatic with the results, and that is no exaggeration!! My undereyes look soft and smooth, any lines are greatly diminished, and there is no dryness in the area at all; my eyes look bright and lively all day. Best of all, my undereyes seem to look better the longer I use it. I don't ever want to be without this product again. My thanks and praise to the consultant for not only suggesting a great product, but for giving me the tutorial and tips to use it for wonderful results! 04/08/2013

Could be better I like this product better than the well-rested powder and pen, but I feel that it is just "ok" when it could be a really good concealer with a few changes. I like the consistency and the color (it matches with my medium beige foundation perfectly) and it blends well, but I wish it concealed better and did not have the tiny sparkles. Also, half-way through the day seemed settle into my fine lines :( It has good qualities, but could be better. 03/25/2013

Dark circles faded away To my surprise after about 4 weeks of daily use - my dark circles are gone. I had mild discoloration under my eyes - grayish red tone. This concealed the dark areas and gave a healthy glow. Doesn't settle into fine lines. Only a small amount is needed to do the job. I still use this product daily - to brighten up my eye area - has been about 12 weeks now and I still have no dark circles. Thanks BE for getting rid of my raccoon eyes. 03/24/2013

It's good..not great I really like the applicator brush..,and the color of the brightener. I do not like that no matter how long I let it sit before trying to blend..it seems to come right back off. It doesn't seem to set at all. I wish it was maybe a little thicker (only slightly) or something so it would stick on better. 03/24/2013

I find the coverage to be better with this than with the well rested. This product is easier to cover with and lasts so much longer than when I wear the well rested.

I have not tried the well rested yet, but I have tried the stroke of light. If you want coverage and say well rested has this, do not try the stroke of light. It is a very light and airy formula, which is good, but doesn't cover dark circles. I can't even tell I've even put it on as a matter of fact. Hope this helps somewhat.

the concealer(powder) gives more better coverage than the "well rested". It is my opinion. But everybody should try these products that to see what is most suitable for self.
"Well rested" too light-coloured(porcelain) for me though the tone of my skin is fairly-light

YES, it is better. Much better, actually. If you're referring to the liquid version of well-rested, the Stroke of Light has the brightening effect as well as a concealing benefit. I found that well rested's concealing capabilities were next to non-existent. The stroke of light picks up where well rested left off. It brightens your look but it has color in it. I haven't used it anywhere except under my eyes so I can't say if I would use it as a highlighter. But the coverage is definitely superior.
