Stroke of Light Eye Brightener - null 4.6 5 60 60
The Best BE Product - Hands Down!! I love the Stroke of Light Eye Brightener by BE. I ordered it in Luminous 1 and it is my go-to makeup item. I carry it with me all the time- every purse, every day, every vacation. It is by no means a concealer (nor does it pretend to be), however it adds just the right hint of shimmer and color coverage that truly enhances and highlights the corner of the eyes. Can wear to work or a night out without it seeming as "too much". As a fair skin girl, I was debating between Luminous 1 and 2, but found that the lighter option made me appear less tired and as an added benefit, actually helps my eyeliner stay in place. 04/07/2014
Luminous 2 I am kind of pale with a slight tan still hanging on from last summer. I got this product because I needed a solution for the dark circles I always have underneath my eyes. I got it at the store today and had to try it out. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!! I used it under my foundation and applied it with the wand then smoothed it out with my finger. Once my foundation was applied, the dark circles were gone and my eyes looked wide and awake. This product will now be a constant part of my makeup routine. 04/05/2014
Perfect under eyes I bought this on the advice of a consultant in the BE boutique. I have used the powder concealer (good for blemishes, but settles into fine lines around the eyes). I have used the other cream concealer (in the pot) but that is far too heavy for the delicate skin around the eyes--also works well for blemishes, though. This one is finally what I am looking for when I've been up late with the kids and I want to look awake! I apply primer first, then a smidge of this concealer under my eyes and dab with my ring finger to blend. It is so smooth, light, and creamy it goes on well. I follow with my BE foundation and they look seamless around my eyes. Some mineral veil and I'm all set. This is a great product. Plus, I use such a small amount each time, I think this will last a long time. 04/01/2014
helps with tired eyes and makes eyes look younger! I have struggled with hereditary dark circles all my life. I have tried so many concealers. Some have done a great job covering....but it still looks like I am wearing concealer. I finally found a concealer combo that works so well for me. After I prime my skin, I apply stroke of light (Lum 1) all around my eyes and then use my originaly bisque concealer to set it. Perfect!! And it lasts all day : ) I also apply stroke of light anywhere on my face where I want to "add some light" It blends so well. I typically skip my BE foundation. Stroke of Light and bisque is all I need. Thanks BE!! 03/31/2014
Lovely texture I actually use this in harmony with my concealer, I have tried it a few other ways but I found this is what works best for me. Or I use it on days when I don't do a full face in place of my concealer, so I don't look like a zombie. Make no mistake, this is not meant to take place of a concealer, but to add a little oomph. While I love the texture and creaminess of this product, and the fact that it is not glittery, I do wish this was a more "brightening". Other than that, no complaints! 03/20/2014
big fan -- well worth it! I bought this product a couple of weeks ago because it was suggested to me when I stopped by my local boutique to buy more foundation. I am so happy the woman told me about it. It has become part of my every day routine. Sometimes even on light makeup days, I'll just use my BB cream, mineral veil, then brighten my eye area with it. Add mascara, a little swirl of blush and lip balm then I'm out the door and look naturally flawless. On days when I really need it, it works fantastic over a light application of my 'wide awake' concealer powder. I don't know how I managed before b.M. I'm a happy customer. 03/14/2014
LOVE IT! I first got this as a deluxe sample with purchase in Luminous 1 (Which happens to be perfect for my very pale complexion) and have been hooked ever since the first time I used it. It's a bit unconventional, but I actually use this as a concealer under my eyes on mornings when I do not have time to put on a full face of make-up and have circles. I also use it on my eyelids to even out my skin tone. I never put anything else over or under it and it looks great all day. I can put this on my eyes and fix my too-little sleep look in about 1 minute. 03/11/2014
THE KEY TO DAZZLING EYES AND LIPS!!! THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT! I AM A MAKEUP ARTIST AND I DAB IT UNDER THE EYES, THE CORNER OF THE EYES AND IN THE CUPID BOW OF THE LIPS TO LIGHT UP THE FACE. THERE IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN THE BEFORE AND AFTER EFFECTS! ESPECIALLY IN THE MORNING WHEN YOU JUST WAKE UP ! A LITTLE BIT OF PRODUCT GOES A LONG WAY! 02/24/2014
Love I purchased this concealer/brightener this afternoon. I had the lady put it underneath my eyes in the store before I bought it. I was amazed at how well it covered up my dark circles underneath my eyes. I love the concealer/brightener duo. I think this is a great product and it will definitely become a staple in my make up routine! 02/15/2014
Love it!! I can see the difference Amazing! A++ on this one bareMinerals! I apply to inner eye, a little under eye, and dap above outer eyebrow. I see immediate results. Brightens up my eyes in an instant. Very creamy. A little goes a long way! Just dab it on. Wonderful product! 01/15/2014

I don't know which foundation shade you use, but I use Fairly Light (I have used Fair also) and the consultant in store gave me "luminous 2". By itself Stroke of Light has good coverage, which I think would cover even very dark circles. When I use the concealer, I put it on prior to my foundation and they blend well together. I hope it works for you!

I use Luminous 1 on my pale skin (I've been compared to ghosts before) and I think it looks great. I don't even cover this with foundation afterwards.

I use both products and I find them quite different. The coverage of well rested will vary quite a bit depending on how you apply it. Well Rested applied with a concealer brush (one layer) is more opaque than the brightener and I find I have to cover Well Rested with foundation. I never cover the brightener with foundation and find it to be a semi-sheer cover. I prefer the brightener, but I do not have very dark circles to cover. I do think the brightener looks better as an acne cover though.

I would say for coverage of least coverage to most it goes Well Rested, then Stoke of Light Brightener then the coverage concealer. The well rested just takes you a step up where as the stroke of light goes on to conceal a little bit more. The best concealer would be the one with the work concealer in its name :P

This is a cream fomula, well-rested is a powder. I found that well-rested sat in the fine lines and wrinkles around my eyes more than this product did. However, neither actually COVERED my dark circles or lines.

From my experience, The well rested looks better when applying it, but the Stroke of Light lasts longer. My solution is to use all three products - I use the Well Rested Face and Eye Brightener, then the Stroke of Light, then the Well Rested Powder. It may feel a bit overkill...but I've never been happy with my brightness of my eyes until now.

I find the coverage to be better with this than with the well rested. This product is easier to cover with and lasts so much longer than when I wear the well rested.

I have not tried the well rested yet, but I have tried the stroke of light. If you want coverage and say well rested has this, do not try the stroke of light. It is a very light and airy formula, which is good, but doesn't cover dark circles. I can't even tell I've even put it on as a matter of fact. Hope this helps somewhat.

the concealer(powder) gives more better coverage than the "well rested". It is my opinion. But everybody should try these products that to see what is most suitable for self.
"Well rested" too light-coloured(porcelain) for me though the tone of my skin is fairly-light

YES, it is better. Much better, actually. If you're referring to the liquid version of well-rested, the Stroke of Light has the brightening effect as well as a concealing benefit. I found that well rested's concealing capabilities were next to non-existent. The stroke of light picks up where well rested left off. It brightens your look but it has color in it. I haven't used it anywhere except under my eyes so I can't say if I would use it as a highlighter. But the coverage is definitely superior.
