Don't buy any of these brushes I recently purchased this brush and the one for applying the mineral makeup. They are inferior brushes, smell horrible and are irritating to the eyes when you use them. This is unexceptable. 11/30/2012
Do you need to exfoliate? This brush swipes on well-rested for eyes really beautifully, but I am sorry to say it is terribly scratchy... I have very sensitive skin and have to be utterly careful when using the light stroke brush, if I don't want to get my face all reddened! 08/18/2011
I use this brush to put light colored eye shadows as a base from my lashes all the way to my brows. This brush picks up the color really easily and it puts on the perfect amount for a light wash of color. 01/03/2011
great for covering dark patches! I love the Light Stroke Brush for covering a dark patch on my face! It pats Bisque on nicely and yet is soft enough to blend out the edges so that there isn't a noticeable light patch on my face. I used to use the Maxiumum Coverage Concealer brush for this purpose, but now I reserve that brush for using Well Rested under my eyes when I need it. Thank you to Christina Choi and Bravon Pascua for these helpful tips!! 11/29/2010

A:
The blending brush is to blend in your eyeshadow colors evenly so that your colors don't look so separated and undone. The light stroke brush allows evened out coverage for dark circles or problem areas that need to be concealed. Acne scarring is another problem that I find that my Dark Bisque does well with, but for the READY concealer, I have to use it sparingly to keep from overdoing it. The READY concealer is creamy so if you use too much, you'll end up have to wipe it off and start over or having to conceal your concealed areas with your powder foundation.
