I love this pencil! I tried the brow powder but like this pencil so much more - so easy to apply and looks great. I do wish it lasted longer, but I never want to be without this! 12/07/2014
Perfect for my needs Although my hair has not been allowed to go gray :), my eyebrows are graying and thinning, so I was looking for something to make them look even and filled in. I have the powder eyebrow makeup, which works great when I'm all glammed up, but it's way too color-saturated to wear when my eye makeup is minimal. I've been waiting a long time for this to be available in stores, and I have not been disappointed. The very fine tip makes for a very natural fill-in, and the color is intentionally neutral. My hair is medium brown and I use the Dark pencil, which I would describe as medium ash brown. 12/06/2014
Pleasantly surprised I'm glad the brow powder is back (I think it matched my brow color a bit better), but I grew to really like the brow pencil. I feel like I have a little control over the shape of my eyebrows. Glad that both options are available now! 10/17/2014
Definitely grew on me When I first purchased this I did not like it. It wasn't terrible, but I still didn't like it. I decided to stick with my BM brow powder (even stocking up on it when it was dc'ed for awhile). I'm not sure how I transitioned into absolutely loving this product, but I did! I may have been pressing the pencil too hard. I think it took me being lazy a few mornings and that is when I fell in love. It is soo much easier to use this brow "pencil" than my sometimes messy brow powder. The tiny point makes it easy to be precise and it glides on smooth and easy. Now I don't use anything but this product on my brows! Definitely stocking up on this beauty and sooo glad I gave this a couple of more tries! 10/10/2014
Good look, bad product I liked how this pencil looked and the lighter color matched my brows perfectly. HOWEVER, I only got a hand-full of uses out of this because the tip kept breaking off. Unless the tip is barely out, it snaps right off every time. So, it's already gone, which made it very much a waste of money. It's disappointing because, if it weren't for that design flaw, I would definitely purchase this product again. 09/28/2014
brow game! I never use to do my eyebrows til this product! Its so easy and simple to use. I bought a bunch of make-up for my wedding and this is one of the products they recommended for me! It makes a huge difference! try it and you will love it! 09/01/2014
THE BEST!!! I have used a lot of eye brow products. This is by far is the most natural looking product. It does the job. I do not care for the powder version. I like the control of the brow styler. I use the dark and it is a perfect match. Please, do not discontinue. I see your have brought back the brow powders, but keep the brow styler, too. What happened to the brow gel? 08/31/2014
worst ever I am a redhead. Only 2 colors and neither look natural. This is ridiculous. I want my color bak, 08/18/2014
HATE IT! Please bring back the powder!! I really wish you guys would bring back the powder! The pencil doesn't give me the same look, I go through it SUPER fast, where the powder lasted me forever! I gave it a try but I am going to have to find a powder from a different brand if you guys don't bring it back and that make me sad because I have been a happy customer for years. 08/15/2014
I love it! I use this product 24/7. Its super easy to use and to blend. Although I wish there was more product in it. They should make something with a little more than what it has now so you don't have to keep buying it because it gets expensive. But overall, I love it. 08/14/2014

Try using a dark brown eyeshadow. I was using the Auburn brow color and have found several shadows I like as well, or better. Thank goodness i still have my brush!

Eyebrow pencils can look very natural if you light handedly draw them in like strokes, think like you are lightly drawing in hairs, then use a small thin angled brow brush or liner brush to blend it in at the same angle that your brows go. Most of my eyebrows have fallen out due to stress induced alopecia so I have to totally draw on the brows and they look very natural. People are always shocked when I tell them they're drawn on. You can also research great how to videos on filling in brows with a pencil.

My hair color is eggplant and my eyebrows are black and grey. Do I get the dark or the light? I want my eyebrows to appear thicker.

Get the darker color. The lighter color is more of a taupe meant for blonder eyebrows.

Try using an eyeshadow for your brows. I've been doing this since they discontinued the brow powder, and I love the results. Play around with different colors until you find one or more you like.

I think the dark would work fabulously with your features! Especially to cover the grey and give a bold statement while filling in your eyebrows. Enjoy this is a great product.

I would get the dark. Taupe is for blondes or brunettes. Redheads and those with Black hair can get the Dark.
