Subtle and Nice This is a very subtle aqua blue. It still looks natural and in order to really see the blue, others have to be really close to your face. I gave it 4 stars because I prefer the black, which I also own, but this is more for someone who wants that hint of color and surprise. Overall, it's a great mascara and really does define your lashes and makes it look "clean" without the clumpiness. 05/19/2013

Beautiful! I must admit that I was a little nervous after I ordered this mascara because I was worried that the color would be too bright. I like understated looks, and bright mascara would definitely take me out of my comfort zone. When I opened the package yesterday and pulled the wand out of the tube, I was taken aback at the bright color, but when I applied the mascara, I was thrilled. There was no bright blue unwearable mascara coating my lashes; there was a very subdued beautiful ocean blue that turns to a dark navy as the day wears on. I have gray eyes, and this mascara brings out the blue and gold flecks which look absolutely gorgeous! I would definitely recommend this mascara to anybody who is looking for a well-made colored mascara. I have worn this mascara to the office for the past two days, and I don't have a fear of looking gaudy or unprofessional. 02/21/2013

Easy with contacts I love this mascara, when I wear my contacts it does not clump up or feel heavy to make my eyes water. I do not like most mascaras; the waterproof ones can scratch your eye if they get under a lens. I was also blessed with very long eye lashes so heavy mascaras take away the definition of each lash. This mascara makes it easy to wear everyday and i hope they don't take it away being limited edition. 02/06/2013

Not like the 80's electric blue..... This mascara dries to a nicer more toned down dark teal blue-ish color, still the same FDM but now in color, just tried it today for the first time and LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!!! It is the only thing I put on today and it lengthens and defines and puts color on my lashes for a different wonderful look without looking gaudy and bright like the 80's bright that people are freaking out about with this new colored mascara. If you know what Mabelline's Great Lash mascara in blue looks like this is definitely not as bright as that blue, give it try you may be pleasantly surprised!!! Thank you BE for making a colored mascara in the FD line, please keep it as a regular staple, it is so hard to find a decent colored mascara these days!!! 01/21/2013

Flawless Definition Mascara If you have short, eye lashes then this mascara is for you! It glides on, separates each lash making them grow right in front of you to at least double or even triple the length you started out with. I love that it doesn't clump up either. I was on cloud nine when The new Aqua Blast shade was released, I feel the aqua blue opens up my eyes even more and since my blue eyes love to change colors (depends on mood), to different shades of blues & lavenders, this blue makes them stand out more! I love to first apply the black, let it dry, then apply the Aqua Blast on top for a different look. WOW! You can't go wrong with either shade! 01/06/2013

True to it's word. This is the best mascara I have ever used. It truly lengthens and separates the lashes as it says and it does not clump up. I have very short lashes, so when it lengthened AND separated my lashes, I was like WOW, this is the mascara for me. I feel so pretty now. 01/03/2013
