Love this scrub, but with a caveat This scrub makes my face feel like silk. Because I'm in my 60s and my skin is now thinner, I have to be careful with scrubs because I can end up with broken capillaries that leave red marks on my face. This scrub is extremely gentle--so gentle and refreshing, in fact, that I started to use it every day. I noticed, however, that at age 63, I started breaking out with pimples. The only change in my regimen was my daily use of the scrub. Although I can't say with certainty, I think that it might be a contributing factor. So I've cut back to a few times a week and will see how it goes. So, if you run into the same problem, you might want to think about cutting back. I would still recommend this product. It's the best scrub I've ever found. 03/30/2013

I got this because someone had written that it helped with their pores or something like that. I got it for my blackheads on my face. It has really helped out quite a bit and I enjoy that I can use it on my body for a good scrub down. I feel so clean with this! 06/15/2012

Wakes Up My Skin! I tried a sample of this. It's lightweight, nourishing and you don't need much water to start putting it to good use. My face felt like it was getting a massage. It felt great and was easy to clean off. Very pleased with this product! 03/02/2012

LOVE IT! This product is a must if you want softer, brighter, smoother, clearer skin. Perfect for the nose area at getting to those clogged pores. Perfect for the body, during summer months. I love this product. Wish it came in a larger size. One tends to use more for the body, so a larger size would be great. I do wish that MD Formulations would change their packaging, the lid can be hard to get off when you are in the shower. 07/01/2011

Face & Body Scrub This product has been a staple in my shower for over a year. I don't go anywhere without it. My skin is smooth and soft to the touch, like pure silk. Since it exfoliates daily I have very little skin shedding. I would love it if more places carried this product as the only way I can get it now is online. 03/09/2011

The Face and Body scrub acts as an exfoliation and the facial cleanser is designed to clean off the makeup from your face without irritation. You always want to clean off your makeup before you go to bed. BE products are great to use, but if you can't use it or afford the shipping on it or afford it at all, you can always use the best products tailored for your unique skin type and remove your makeup that way.

If I had more money myself, I would get the facial cleanser too. Have you tried the serum? In a week, I swear my face looks as if I erased a year of stress OFF my face. My skin is more pliable, not as dry and not as oily either (i have combo skin).

The difference is the size of the exfoliating pieces inside the cleanser and the way it is used. Face cleanser needs to be put on wet skin, whereas the body scrub is designed to be placed on a cloth or sponge which lathers and then on the body.
