Best products i have ever used! I have never tried such an amazing foundation! It makes my skin look so luminous and healthy! I choose the original and i am in fairly-light. I have slight redness and slightly enlarged pores and this foundation completely masks both of those imperfections but still leaves my face looking like my own skin! It has also improved the over-all texture of my skin. I have sensitivity bumps on my face and from just a week of use they are basically gone! I have always struggled with sensitive skin and slight breakouts but this product is so healthy for your skin that i fell asleep in it and nothing happened to my face! Im totally in love and i will be telling EVERYONE i know about my wonderful bare minerals experience! 06/17/2013
Love it!!!! I have a lot of black spots on my face due to acne so i have been looking for a makeup that would cover my spots and give me an even tone. I have bought several different product but they did not give me what I was looking for So I went to the Mall with my daughter to go to the Mac store to get makeup when my daughter said mom why don't you try Bare minerals so I said ok. We went into Bare mineral store and a consultant did my face, when she was done it looks really nice and the product gave me everything I was looking for. Loving my new products For years my friend has been telling me that I should try Bare Minerals products... I finally went this past weekend while on a trip and purchased the starter kit to try it out... no shadows or anything else... just this kit to get a flawless face... I LOVE IT!!! I have had a lot of compliments from people asking if I had been tanning, been in the sun, I look like I am radiant... I am loving it! My skin does not have a lot of color variance, but I do get blemishes on occasion and I am hopeful that in using these products that I will see a marked improvement in my overall skin appearance 04/30/2013

Great Product for Newbies & Well Worth the Money! I am in love with this set! I ordered it in in "Fairly Light" after looking at the colours for DAYS! I don't have a location close to me #closest is 4hrs away# so I was struggling with buying something I couldn't match to my skin first. I ended up purchasing it anyways and the colour matches my skin perfectly. I was so amazed at what I was missing out on with the higher-end brushes. My old ones feel like sandpaper compared to them! I must say I was impressed at the size of the foundation. I expected it to be a lot smaller. I feel now that continued purchases will definitely be worth the money. I gave it a 4 because the only thing I am not a fan of is the type of brushes. I would have preferred a blush brush or other instead of 2 foundation brushes. Granted one is medium coverage and one is full, I tend to use the medium so the full does not get used much at all. Otherwise if you are new to B.M then the "Get Started Kit" is the way to go. It's the best bang for your buck and gives you an array of products for you to try so that you know what you would & wouldn't like to order in the future. 04/20/2013
Custom Get Started Kit in Meduim Beige/Matte A great introduction to BE! I have had this kit for over a year now and would not use anything else. It is a good idea to go to a boutique and get color matched. I did have to buy a concealer (Summer Beige) to go with this kit. I start off with my Oil Control Primer, then start to conceal, add Original Matte, a bit of Warmth and a dusting of Mineral Veil and I am done for the day! The brushes included, (I wash mine once a week) along with the Well Cared For brush shampoo, and How To Dvd make getting ready a pleasant routine! 04/03/2013
This will make you fall in love I bought this kit with a Ready foundation. The kit has brushes & primer that I might not have bought were they not all together. But all of these pieces are needed for you to fairly evaluate this line. I loved the fact that I got a regular, full-sized foundation. I'd never used a primer, and using it made me fall in love wit it. Similarly, with the finishing veil. I'd never used one, but fell in love. I travel a great deal & keep a duplicate of all my skincare & makeup in a travel case. So I'm buying another kit for traveling! My only wish was that some sort of blush were included. 04/01/2013

Was Expecting flawless skin I didn't see. Years and years I would see the claims and the product and finally paid a lot of money to expect flawless skin that covers my skin yuckies. Well doing exactly as they said and using the primer which felt greasy, My skin looked fake, cakey and not beautifully flawless as they claim for all the years. With Oily skin this product does not work. I was not pleased with their claims. 03/21/2013

I have light skin tone but I have black spots under my chin and on my neck because I have hair bumps on the right side of my face. I also have dry and oily skin, plus in the summer time i sweat in my face. I've been having a really hard time finding the right foundation and I want a really good concealer to cover my dark spots. I need advice and help big time!!!! I don't wear make up that much because I can never find a right foundation. And I feel naked without it. Thanks, Melissa.

Absolutely! I am 15 and i don't like to look cakey like i am actually wearing makeup. I was so sceptical on buying the customisable get started kit( this is what i recommend buying at first). But then i went into a bare minerals boutique and they matched me with my perfect shade and felt as if i had nothing on my face! I loved it! It makes me look flawless! Go for the purchase, you will not regret it! Good luck hun!:)

I think this product is a great idea for teens because with the right shade its hard to overdue it , and I think most teens have trouble with matching pigments and get a clown like look going on. It is also great for covering up acne blemishes

Use the angle face brush and a matte finish don't use the compact though. Also try a moisturizer that reduces the oil in your face. I have horrible oily skin and I have found many ways to reduce it!

You can use either of those things but you'll get different coverage depending on what you use. I use either the Full Flawless Face brush in this kit or the new Precision Face Brush. I feel like I get fuller coverage with the Precision Face Brush. The Full Flawless will give more Medium coverage, and a puff or sponge unless dampened will give more light to medium coverage.
