Minimal effectiveness I used this product for over a month, in the first week or two I noticed some clearing, with continued use my breakouts were back. My skin looks older and still has blemishes. This is not the result that you expect when you invest in md formulations. I would recommend using over the counter facial cleansers that are not expensive for the same result. Very disappointing! 09/12/2011
