More like a long lasting lipstick than lip stain I bought this because it said it was a lip stain, which is what i wanted. This is more like a long lasting lip stick, than a stain. That being said I do love how smooth it goes on and it does not dry out my lips, has a nice minty scent and tingle. Scandal is a beautiful color that can be dark or light depending on how much you put on. Only reason for not doing 5 hearts is that it says its a stain but it isn't. I'll definitely buy this again though! 05/07/2013
