What a perfect set! This set was demo'd to me at one of the boutiques, and I love everything in this kit. I use the bronzer to define my cheekbones, along the side of my nose, and the bottom of my chin. The luminizer is a nice touch to finish the cheekbones. Once I'm done, I see no need for blush. I hope that the lip balm is kept on as a permanent addition to the BE collection. I use it as a lipstick. Just a word to those who have never used the Ready products: a little goes a long way, and I mean that in a very good way. 05/08/2013
Bronzer and lip balm are great - Brush, not so. I bought this at Ulta. I was looking for a different kit, but the reviews on this one were great. I'm usually not a bronzer, highlighter girl. Too much work. But I love the natural color of both and the lip balm is wonderful. Great texture, great color. Pity I can't say the same for the brush. Which is surprising, as BE is known for their great brushes. But this one... no matter which direction I use it, I end up with brush hairs all over my face. Very, very annoying. If I didn't like the bronzer and lip balm so much, I'd return it. 05/01/2013
Bronze Splendor - Amazing color combination! I really love the Bronzer in High Dive color because it is light with subtle shimmer. I am medium skin with neutral/yellow undertone so this color works really well for me. It doesn't make my face look "dirty". The Luminizer in The Long Weekend is equally as awesome because it's warm gilded sheen works perfectly with the High Dive. I like to use the Luminizer on my brow to highlight and WOW it's so pretty! Of course you can't forget the beautiful nude color of Jack of all Trades. It's nude color works well as an everyday lip sheen or can be used as a base for lip color. I do have one complaint on the actual dispensing tube. I can twist the bottom to dispense more product, but I can not counter-twist to get the product back into the tube. I actually lost a chunk of balm because I couldn't retract the product. I REALLY REALLY hope BE will make Jack of all Trades a regular product because I love the color! I am actually not fond of the tapered fan brush hence the four stars so...I gave it to my sister and I think she likes it. I like to apply my bronzer with the angled blush brush and the luminizer with the full tapered brush from my Mini Masters set. In all this set is awesome :) 04/23/2013
Highlight - contour - bronze One kit with so many uses. My skin is a tan shade - so all over bronzing isn't really for me. I use the bronzer to contour under cheek bones, under chin, along the sides of nose, and in eye crease. I use the highlighter under my brow arch, on upper cheek area, down center of nose, and a dot in the center of my lower lip. The brush is amazing. The lip balm is a great summer shade. When paired with the tinted moisturizer - the result is the perfect summer natural look. 03/24/2013

I love this bronzer/highlighter combo! I purchased this at a local boutique. I had a demo done in the store and really liked the way it looked. The bronzer is not too over powering. The highlighter is nice too..very gentle and you can build on the bronzer to be as sunkissed as you'd like. In the cold winter months..this product gives just the right amount of warmth. The lip balm is really nice. Great color and the texture is nice..it lasts long. I would purchase this again. 03/04/2013
Love the bronzer/highlighter duo! I have been waiting for either mini ready products or for duos just like this. If you love the High Dive bronzer and are looking for a gorgeous highlight to go with, then look no further. This luminzer is a really warm color-perfect for my tan skin (and the upcoming summer). Closer to the Shining Moment than the Love Affair (so less pink). This duo is going to be prefect for travel! The balm is nice, but not a must have. The color is neutral and there is a nice smell to it (my nose doesn't work very well so unfortunately, can't give the exact scent, sorry). I consider it a bonus. The upside is that it doesn't melt in my pocket! The brush seems rather flimsy to me-not very dense at all. I have a really small face so I prefer to use a brush that is a little more dense and contact for a bronzer (so it doesn't get all over my face). I think the brush is better suited for a soft sweep of the luminzer. I'm considering buying a backup since it is limited edition even though I'm not in love the balm and brush. Great set! This is a great set at a great price! Qvc has it but in a lighter bronzing color and highlighter combo and its just too light. But this one is perfecto! It's a really nice medium-golden tan that should work on most skin tones. And the highlighter part reminds me of secret radiance which is one of the best of all the radiances! Also you get the lip balm as a bonus (which you do not at Qvc) which is a soft bronzy tone. Perfect for the set! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is I think it should have more of the bronzer than the highlighter. 02/28/2013

Just like you, I picked up that same trio on QVC last year. I don't know if you had an opportunity to watch last weekend, but they introduced a brand new trio for Spring. I know it's not the same colors, but they seem very similar in makeup, ( a neutral, a pink, and a berry), so it may be fun to try out some on trend colors for Spring.

Jack of All Trades were a QVC exclusive, item last August 2012. Volume II is another QVC exclusive being offered now April 2013.
The 2012 Lip Balm colors were For Keeps- a sheer rose shade,Lean on Me-sheer honey, and Sure Thing -a sheer plum shade.
The 2013 Lip Balms are At First Sight- a sheer grape shade, The One & Only- sheer tangerine, and True Love- a sheer watermelon shade.

Because this product contains both salicylic and gycolic acid, I wouldn't use it if I spent the majority of my day outside/in the sun. I'd stick with a sunblock that has a very high SPF during the day and use this only at night.

Glitter?

I have heard that this is a good Bronzer, but it has glitter in it
and that it shows on the face. Would like to try but dont want any

The Bronze Splendor duo is a wonderful product but it does have a bit of "shimmer" in the Luminizer. I think if you apply it very lightly with the tapered fan brush (included in the set), you should be fine.

I haven't seen a video on how to use the Bronze Splendor duo. When I purchased my Bronze Splendor set from a BE Boutique, I was told to sweep the tapered fan brush (included in the set) onto the "high points" of your face - temples, cheeks and jawline. A MUA (make up artist) friend of mine said to imagine that there is a large "3" on your face and apply your bronzer there.
